اولویت‌بندی عوامل استراتژیک رشد پویای تجارت گاز ایران در تعاملات منطقه‌ای ایران

مطالعه حاضر با هدف اولویتبندی عوامل استراتژیک رشد پویای تجارت گاز ایران با رویکرد تحلیل شبکه انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی است و از منظر روش و از منظر بازه زمانیگردآوری دادهها در دسته پژوهشهای پیمایشی مقطعی قرار دارد. ابزار اصلی گردآوری دادههای پژوهش، - پرسشنامه خبره میباشد. قلمرو مکانی این مطالعه شرکت ملی گاز ایران است. جامعه آماری از خبرگان نظری وتجربی شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران شرکت گاز ایران به تعداد 15 نفر انتخاب شده است. نمونه آماری مذکور با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شده است. در این مطالعه از روش دیمتل جهت شناسایی الگویروابط و برای تحلیل دادهها و اولویتبندی عوامل استراتژیک رشد پویای سهم تجارت گاز از روش ترکیبی دیمتل فازی استفاده شده است. در مجموع 8 معیار اصلی و 42 زیرمعیار به عنوان عوامل استراتژیک رشد پویای سهمتجارت گاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مولفههای اصلی این پژوهش شامل مدیریت، برنامهریزی استراتژیک،خطمشی و سیاستگذاری، فرهنگ ساختار سازمانی، محیط فناوری، محیط سیاسی، محیط اقتصادی و محیط رقابتی میباشند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داده است که شاخص اهمیت مسئله دیپلماتیک و عوامل سیاسی ازبیشترین اهمیت در میان تمامی شاخصهای موجود برخوردار است

prioritizing strategic factors for the dynamic growth of iran’s gas trade in regional interactions

abstracttoday energy has become one of the main components of power in international relations and plays the role of an effective driver in linking various areas of politics and economics, both national and transnational. the present study aims to prioritize the strategic factors of the dynamic growth of iran’s gas trade in regional interactions. this research is in the category of survey-cross-sectional research in terms of the purpose of an applied research and in terms of method and time period of data collection.the main tool for data collection is an expert questionnaire. the location is the national iranian gas company. the statistical population is selected from 15 university experts and managers of iran gas company who have been selected using non-probability and purposeful sampling method. the dematel-anp combined method has been used to identify the pattern of relationships and prioritize strategic factors for the dynamic growth of iran’s gas trade in regional interactions. the question is what are the most important strategic factors? what are the causal relationships between the strategic factors? the main focus of this research is.the results showed that the importance of diplomatic issues and political factors is the most important among all indicators. also, energy and energy transmission lines, by providing a suitable platform for regional interactions, are a symbol of sustainability of a cooperation and interdependence and provide a suitable space for attracting foreign investment. in fact, energy has become an effective tool in diplomacy that can bring about regional interactions.
