واکاوی عوامل موثر بر خروج ایالات متحده آمریکا از برجام

تلاش آمریکا برای خروج ازتوافق هسته ای موسوم به برجام، برنامه‌ای بود که دونالد ترامپ از زمان شرکت در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری آمریکا در سر داشت. در نهایت دولت ایالات متحده آمریکا رسماً از برجام خارج و بازگشت تحریم‌ها به صورت گذشته را اعلام کرد و برای انجام مجدد مذاکرات در صورت تمایل ایران اعلام آمادگی نمود. پرسش اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که چه عواملی در خروج ایالات متحده آمریکا از برجام تاثیر گذار بوده اند. فرضیه مقاله از این قرار است:  بنیادهای سیاست خارجی ترامپ، ثابت ماندن ماهیت تهدیدِآمیز از ایران بعد از برجام و ایجاد فهم و انگاره مشترک میان ایالات متحده، اسرائیل و عربستان بر سر تهدید دانستن ایران، تفسیر آن ها از نقش برجام در تقویت حضور منطقه‌ای ایران و نادیده انگاشته شدن این موضوع در متن برجام و از بعد داخلی، کنشِ پسابرجامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را باید از جمله متغیرهای اساسی در تصمیم دونالد ترامپ بر خروج ایالات متحده از برجام دانست.

A Survey on the Factors Affecting the Exit of the United States from the JCPOA

Abstract: The American effort to quit the nuclear deal, called JCPOA, was a program Donald Trump had been running since the US presidential election. Eventually, the US government officially announced and resumed sanctions and declared readiness to renegotiate Iran’s willingness. The main question of the present article is what factors have contributed to the departure of the United States. The hypothesis is as follows: the Trump Foreign Policy Foundations, the persistence of the threatening nature of Iran after the introduction of the common sense between the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia over the threat of Iran, its interpretation of the role of progress in strengthening the regional presence of Iran and the ignorance Considering this in the context of the internal and external implications, the post action of the Islamic Republic of Iran should be considered as one of the key variables in the decision of Donald Trump on the withdrawal JCPOA of the United States.
