ﺗﺄثیر ناامنی هویتی بر گسترش نئوتروریسم در خاورمیانه با ﺗﺄکید بر ایران و عربستان

طی چند سال اخیر، گسترش فعالیت گروه‌های نئوتروریستی در خاورمیانه، موجی از تهدیدات امنیتی متنوع در این منطقه ایجاد کرده است. هرچند اخبار موثقی مبنی بر تضعیف و انهدام هسته‌های سازمانی و لجستیکی این گروه‌ها در عراق و سوریه منتشر شده است، اما اسناد معتبری، حکایت از ادامه اقدامات پراکنده جریان‌های ﻣﺘﺄثر از داعش دارد. پیرامون ریشه‌های گسترش تروریسم  پژوهش‌های متنوع و برای مقابله با اقدامات تروریستی، تدابیر متعدد دیده شده است. اما تجربه ﻣﺆثری از پژوهش‌ها و اقدامات مبتنی بر شناسایی ناامنی هویت در سطح منطقه‌ای در دسترس نیست. پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی و تحلیلی به دنبال یافتن پاسخ این سوال است که؛ ناامنی هویتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و عربستان سعودی چه ﺗﺄثیری بر گسترش نئوتروریسم در خاورمیانه داشته است؟ به باور نگارنده‌‌گان؛ ره‌گیری مطلق روایت بیوگرافیک توسط ایران و عربستان، ضمن ایجاد ناامنی هویتی برای هر دو کشور، موجب آغاز یا تشدید اضطراب ناشی از شرم در باور و رفتار منطقه‌ای این بازیگران، ره‌گیری سیاست کسب شرافت و در اثری ناخواسته، سبب گسترش نئوتروریسم در منطقه شده است.

Impact of Insecurity on Development of Neoterrorism in the Middle East An Approach to Iran and Saudi Arabia

Abstract Over the recent years, expansion of neoterrorist groups in the Middle East has shaped a wave of various security threats in the area. Although credible news has been published on downfall and destruction of organizational and logistical cores of these groups in Iraq and Syria, there are valid documents suggesting that scattered actions still continue by currents depended on ISIS. Various researches were carried out focusing on root causes of development of neoterrorism and several measures were taken to confront terrorist acts. Nevertheless, at regional level, there is no effective experiment available on investigations and measures taken to identify the nature of insecurity. This is a qualitative research conducted with descriptiveanalytic approach aimed at finding how did identity insecurity of Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia influence the development of neoterrorism in the Middle East? According to the researcher, unrestrained prevention of biographic narration by Iran and Saudi Arabia , added to creating identity insecurity for both countries, triggered or exacerbated the anxiety caused by shame in credence and regional behavior of these actors, prevented earning honor policy, and in an unplanned manner, led to development of neoterrorism in the region.
