ژئوپلتیک احساس و روابط ایران و آمریکا (با تاکید بر بحران گروگان گیری)

خروج آمریکا از برجام در روز 13 آبان 97، بار دیگراهمیت این روز تاریخی را برای آمریکایی‌ها روشن ساخت. روابط ایران با آمریکا نسبت به سایر قدرت های بزرگ، عمرکوتاهی دارد. کودتای 28 مرداد و اشغال سفارت آمریکا در 13 آبان، آغاز و پایان روابط سیاسی واقعی دو کشور را رقم زده اند. در این مقاله اشغال سفارت آمریکا از منظر استثناگرایی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که اشغال سفارت آمریکا در تهران در 13 آبان 1358 با استثناگرایی آمریکایی ها چه نسبتی دارد؟ در پاسخ به سوال مذکور، این فرضیه ارائه شده است: «مهم‌ترین مولفه فرهنگ استراتژیک امریکا، تصور استثنایی بودن این کشور است. اشغال سفارت آمریکا، موجب تحقیر این کشور در نظام بین الملل شد و تصور استثنایی بودن این کشور را به چالش کشید. از اینرو پس از آین حادثه، ایالات متحده در تقابل با ایران، همواره به دنبال حقارت زدایی و جبران این حس شرم بوده است». فرضیه مذکور از چارچوب نظری «ژئوپلتیک احساس» استخراج شده و بر اساس خوانش خاطرات متعدد مقامات سیاسی و گروگانهای آمریکایی و به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی پردازش شده است. این مقاله با مفروض گرفتن از بین رفتن منافع استراتژیک آمریکا در اثرسقوط رژیم پهلوی، استثناگرایی آمریکایی را یکی از دلایل عمده رفتارهای استراتژیک این کشور در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران طی 40 سال اخیر تلقی کرده است.

The Geopolitics of Emotion and IranUS Relations (with Emphasis on Iran Hostage Crisis)

Abstract:Iran’s relations to the US has got a shorter life than other great powers. CIA coup in Iran in 1953 and seizing the US embassy on 1978, has formed the beginning and the end of real political relations of the two countries. This article has analyzed the conquest of this place from a particular aspect. The main question of the article is that, what is the relation of the seizure of American embassy in Tehran, to Americans exeptionalism? The assumption of the article is that: “the most important component of the American strategic culture is the idea that this country is exceptional. With the seizure of US embassy, this country got humiliated, and it challenged the US. Perception of exceptionalism, therefore after the event, the country has always been looking for a way to compensate this feeling of shame.” The mentioned assumption has been extracted from the conceptual framework of “The Geopolitics of Emotion”. The article is based on a descriptiveanalytic study and reading numerous memories of political officials and American hostages. With assuming the loss of America’s strategic interests due to the fall of the Pahlavi regime, this article has considered the American exeptionalism as one of the major reasons of its strategic behaviors towards the Islamic Republic over the past 40 years.
