the abstract view of erdogan’s muslim brotherhood and the change of türkiye’s strategies in the middle east

This article first examines erdogan's intellectual views against the background of his muslim brotherhood and then analyses the reasons for the change in turkish strategies in the middle east. the middle east has always played an important role in the regional security strategies of turkey and the erdogan government. in the last two decades, erdogan's special perceptual psychological characteristics as well as his personality and ambitions have led to the strengthening of turkey's position in the middle east region. in 2021-2023, turkey faces new economic, security and domestic challenges that need to be analyzed. in this article, we have analyzed this topic using secondary data in an explanatory-analytical way. the main question is: what influence does erdogan's muslim brotherhood have on turkey's strategic policy in the middle east region?the results of the study show that erdogan's personality cult and the muslim brotherhood's desire to lead the islamic world have led to the promotion of turkey's position in the middle east region on an abstract level. on a concrete level, this has led to a chaotic domestic political and economic situation as well as national security crises that have forced him to adopt a new policy towards middle eastern countries, particularly syria, egypt, saudi arabia and the united arab emirates. erdogan's new policy is in contrast to his policy following the developments in the arab world. the evolution of erdogan's views in the middle east promises a return to the principle of zero problems with neighbors.

نگاه انتزاعی اخوان المسلمین اردوغان و تغییر استراتژی ترکیه در خاورمیانه

در مقاله حاضر ابتدا به بررسی دیدگاه‌های ذهنی اردوغان با پس‌زمینه‌های اخوان‌المسلمینی وی پرداخته و سپس علل تغییر راهبردهای ترکیه در خاورمیانه واکاوی شده است. خاورمیانه در راهبردهای سیاسی امنیتی منطقه‌ای ترکیه و دولت اردوغان همواره حائز اهمیت بوده است. طی دو دهه اخیر، ماهیت ادراکی روان‌شناختی خاص اردوغان و همچنین شخصیت و بلندپروازی‌های وی به ارتقای جایگاه ترکیه در منطقه خاورمیانه منجر شده است. طی سال‌های 2021 تا 2023، ترکیه با چالش‌های جدید اقتصادی، امنیتی و سیاست داخلی مواجه بوده که نیازمند بررسی است. در این مقاله به روش تبیینی تحلیلی با استفاده از داده‌های ثانویه به بررسی این موضوع پرداخته‌ایم. پرسش اصلی این است که دیدگاه‌های اخوان‌المسلمینی اردوغان چه تاثیری بر سیاست‌های راهبردی ترکیه در منطقه خاورمیانه دارد؟یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کیش شخصیت و تمایل اخوان‌المسلمینی اردوغان در رهبری جهان اسلام در سطوح انتزاعی به ارتقای جایگاه ترکیه در منطقه خاورمیانه منجر شده؛ درحالی‌که در سطوح انضمامی منجر به وضعیت نابسامان سیاسی و اقتصادی داخلی و همچنین بحران‌های امنیت ملی شده که وی را مجاب کرده سیاست‌های جدید درقبال کشورهای خاورمیانه به‌ویژه سوریه، مصر، عربستان سعودی و امارات متحده عربی را برگزیند. سیاست‌های جدید اردوغان برخلاف سیاست‌های وی پس از تحولات جهان عرب بوده است. تحول در دیدگاه‌های اردوغان در خاورمیانه، بازگشت به اصل «به صفر رساندن مشکلات با همسایگان» را نوید می‌دهد.کلیدواژه‌ها: اردوغان، ترکیه، خاورمیانه، حزب عدالت و توسعه، اخوان‌المسلمین و سیاست خارجی.
