آداب زن مسلمان بر اساس آیات و روایات

آیات قرآن در یک نگاه کلی به سه دستۀ آموزه‌های اعتقادی و اصولی، احکام فقهی و بایدها و نباید‌های اخلاقی تقسیم می‌شود. هر آیه‌ای از قرآن بصورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم در پی برنمایی موضوعی از این سه دسته آیات است. آیات فقهی و اخلاقی را می‌توان به سه دستۀ آیات مختص مردان، زنان و مشترک میان آن دو پخش کرد. نظر به تفاوت‌های آفرینشی مرد و زن؛ اعم از طبیعی، اجتماعی و روحانی، تکالیف و وظایف آن دو نیز گاه متفاوت و گوناگون است.از نظر قرآن، زن و مرد از نظر هویت انسانی و بهره های روحی و ایمانی برابرند. با وجود این، خداوند در قرآن به جز یک استثنا، زنان را مورد خطاب قرار نداده است، به ویژ در آیات احکام اجتماعی و خانوادگی، جایی که مخاطب مستقیم آیات مردانند، همواره از زن با صیغه غایب یاد کرده است. با توجه به اینکه آیات مختص زنان کمتر مورد توجه و پژوهش بوده و گفتمان‌های کمتری دربارۀ آن انجام شده است. در این نوشتار سعی شده است آیات مربوط به احکام و اخلاقیات زنان در زمینۀ فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی استخراج شود و دیدگاه‌های مفسّران بزرگ شیعه دربارۀ این آیات، بیان شده و حکم مورد نظر اعلام گردد.

in a general view, the verses of the qur’an are divided into three categories: doctrinal and fundamental teachings, jurisprudential rules, and moral do’s and don’ts. each verse of the qur’an directly or indirectly seeks a thematic representation of these three categories of verses. jurisprudential and moral verses can be divided into three categories of verses for men, women and common between the two. due to the creative differences between men and women; both natural, social and spiritual, their duties and responsibilities are sometimes different and different. according to the qur’an, men and women are equal in terms of human identity and spiritual and faith benefits. however, in the qur’an, with one exception, god does not address women, especially in the verses of social and family rulings, where the direct addressee of the verses of men is always mentioned as a woman with an absent form. due to the fact that verses for women have received less attention and research and less discourse has been done about it. in this article, an attempt has been made to extract verses related to the rules and morals of women in the personal, family and social fields, and the views of the great shiite commentators on these verses have been expressed and the desired ruling has been announced.
