واکاوی دلالت صوم بر امامت از منظر آیات و روایات

فقها در تمام دوران همواره همِّ رسیدن به حقیقت احکام را داشته‌اند: زیرا رسیدن به مراد شارع مقدس و نیل به حقیقت احکام، از طریق فهم معانی پنهان و اشارات کلام مولا می‌باشد. این پژوهش به بررسی بطن و حقیقت یکی از احکام الهی صوم می‌پردازد. نگارنده ضمن تبیین حقیقت صوم و ارتباط آن با صبر و ولایت، با نگاهی نو با استناد به قرآن و و روایات نورانی حضرات معصومین(علیهم السلام) به بررسی حقیقت ارکان صوم و شئونات متکثره‌ای از شهر الله می‌پردازد و اثبات می‌کند که حقیقت شهر رمضان، ابتنای تکالیف بر یسر، حکمت تشریع صیام، حدود الله، تکبیر در شهر الله الاکبر، فطر و زکات فطره؛ چیزی جز معرفة الامام و ولایت پذیری نیست. یعنی اساس صوم بر مبنای ولایت امیرالمومنین و اولادش می‌باشد؛ لذا به امساک درصورتی که در معرفت و طاعت امام نبوده باشد، صوم اطلاق نمی‌شود و چنین فعلی تخصصاً از عنوان صوم خارج خواهد بود. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد.

Survey The truth of fasting and Its relationship with Imam from the perspective of verses and narrations

Throughout the ages, jurists have always strived to reach the truth of the rules: because reaching the goal of the holy shari’ah and attaining the truth of the rules is through understanding the hidden meanings and allusions of the words of the Lord. This study examines the heart and truth of one of the divine commandments the third. While explaining the truth of fasting and its connection with patience and guardianship, the author takes a new look at the Qur’an and the enlightening narrations of the Infallibles (PBUH) to examine the truth of the pillars of fasting and the many virtues of Shahrullah and proves that the truth of the city Ramadan, based on the duties of Yasir, the wisdom of the laws of Siam, Hudood Allah, Takbir in the city of Allah AlAkbar, Fitr and Zakat Fitrah, is nothing but the introduction of Imam and guardianship. That is, the basis of fasting is based on the guardianship of the Commander of the Faithful and his descendants; This research is descriptiveanalytical.
