نقش تربیت ارزش‌های اخلاقی بر تجلی کمالات انسان از منظر آموزه‌های قرآنی

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش موثر تربیت ارزش‌های اخلاقی بر تجلی کمالات شخصیت انسان از منظر آموزه‌های قرآنی است. یکی از مباحث مهم بر تجلی کمالات شخصیت انسان در نظام آموزشی کشور، نقش موثر تربیت شایستگی‌های اخلاقی است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی است و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی متغیرهای این پژوهش می‌پردازد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که کمالات شخصیتی از منظر آموزه‌های قرآنی محصور به کرامت ذاتی نمی‌شود و آدمی می‌تواند با تقرب به خدا و پرهیزکاری بر آن بیفزاید و ارزش متعالی‌تری کسب کند و این ارزش، ارزش اکتسابی است؛ اما بنا بر آیات و روایات، مبنای رفتار ما با دیگران حسن اخلاق و حفظ کرامت ذاتی آن‌هاست. پای‌بندی به مبانی تربیت ارزش‌های اخلاقی به معنی امکانات، ضرورت‌ها و موقعیت حیات انسانی در حوزه تربیت است و شیوه‌ها به معنای راهکارها و پیش فرض‌هایی است که با توجه به مبانی، برای رسیدن به اهداف عالی اتخاذ می‌نماییم.

The role of educating moral values on the manifestation of human perfection from the perspective of Quranic teachings

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective role of educating moral values ​​on the manifestation of human personality perfection from the perspective of Quranic teachings. One of the important issues on the manifestation of human personality perfection in the country’s educational system is the effective role of training moral competencies. The present study is a qualitative research and examines the variables of this research using a descriptiveanalytical method. The results of the present study show that personality perfections from the perspective of Quranic teachings are not limited to inherent dignity and a person can increase it by approaching God and piety and acquire a higher value, and this value is an acquired value; But according to verses and hadiths, the basis of our treatment of others is good morals and preserving their inherent dignity. Adherence to the principles of education of moral values ​​means the possibilities, necessities and position of human life in the field of education, and methods mean the strategies and assumptions that we adopt according to the principles to achieve great goals.
