حرمت حرم الهی در آیینه اخلاق جهادی از منظر قرآن

غایت نهایی در مقاله حاضر تشریح و آشکار ساختن اخلاق جهاد و کارزار راه خدا، در نگاه قرآن کریم است. بنابراین همه آنچه در طی تحقیق بر آن ادعا شده، در پرتو کلام الهی و با بهره مندی از روایات مربوطه با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و فن کتابخانه‌ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. با تتبع در آیات نورانی قرآن کریم و بررسی فریضه مقدس جهاد و واژگان مرتبط با آن، مشخص گردید که این فریضه به مانند همه اوامر الهی برای محقق شدن نیازمند اجرای احکامی اخلاقی است که حفظ حریم الهی نیز در آن لحاظ گردیده و جهاد واقعی را در تقابل با انواع مخاصماتی قرار داده که رعایت هیچ ضوابط و احکامی را سرلوحه ستیز خویش قرار نمی‌دهند. حرمت احکامی که خداوند در جهاد با معاندینی قرار داده شامل بی طرفان و پناهندگان و ایمان آورندگان پس از شرک می‌گردد که حریم خدا و معابد نیز بر آن شمولیت می‌یابد.

Respecting Divine Shrine Reflected in Jihadi Morality from Quran’s Viewpoint

The final goal in this article is to explain and reveal the ethics of jihad and campaign in the way of God, from Holy Quran viewpoint. Therefore, everything that has been claimed during the research has been analyzed in the light of the divine word and with the benefit of the relevant narrations using descriptiveanalytical method and library technique. Following the luminous verses of the Holy Quran and examining the sacred duty of jihad and related words, it became clear that this duty, like all divine commands, requires the implementation of moral rules in order to fulfill the divine sanctity and real jihad in Confronted with all kinds of conflicts that do not make the observance of any rules and regulations their top priority. The sanctity of the rules that God has placed in jihad against dissidents includes the neutrals, the refugees, and the believers after polytheism, which also includes the sanctity of God and the temples.
