احکام حقوقی و اخلاقی ازدواج در قرآن

این مقاله دیدگاه قرآن را درباره چند مساله اصلی در زمینه ازدواج، با تحلیل مضامین آیات مربوطه و با استفاده از آراء مفسران به‌ ویژه مفسران شیعه، مورد بررسی قرار داده است. یافته‌های این تحقیق که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام گرفته است، نشان می‌دهند که قرآن کریم به دلیل کارکردهای حیاتی ازدواج بر مطلوبیت آن به طور مطلق و کراهت تجردگزینی دلالت دارد. الگوی حمایتی قرآن از زنان مطلّقه نیز بازتاب همین تاکیدی است که بر مجرّد نماندن آنان دارد. لحن قرآن درباره تعدد زوجات، لحن توصیه و تشویق نیست، بلکه صرفاً در صدد بیان اباحه و جواز آن است. هدف قرآن از به رسمیت شناختن تعدد زوجات و ازدواج موقّت، ارائه راه‌ حلّی برای برخی ضرورت‌های اجتماعی بوده است. آنچه در قرآن کریم در خصوص معیار اصلی در همسرگزینی بر آن تاکید شده، لزوم کفویّت به معنای هم‌شان بودن زوجین در دو محورِ کفویت در دین و کفویت در پاکدامنی می‌باشد. همچنین قرآن کریم در مسائل مهم، الگوهای همسرگزینی و نقش زن در همسرگزینی مواضع خاصی اتخاذ کرده است که از توجه این کتاب الهی به احکام حقوقی و اخلاقی ازدواج و همچنین کارکردهای اجتماعی این امور از جمله گسترش تعاملات اجتماعی، حفظ احترام و شخصیت زنان و تربیت فرزندان شایسته حکایت دارند.

Legal and Ethical Commands of Marriage in Quran

The present article studies Qur'an's viewpoint on some of key issues in the field of marriage by analyzing the content of relevant Verses by applying opinions of interpreters, especially Shiite interpreters. Findings of descriptiveanalytical study show that Holy Quran implies absolute desirability and redemption of marriage because of its vital role. The Qur'an's supportive pattern of divorced women also reflects the same emphasis on marriage (and not remaining single). Qur'an's tone on polygamy is not hortatory and encouraging, but merely an expression of its permissibility. The purpose of Quran in knowing polygamy and temporary marriages formal, is to provide a solution to some of the social needs. What is emphasized in Holy Qur'an on main criteria of marriage is the necessity of being in the same dignity (for couples). Holy Qur'an also determines specific criterion for marriage and the role of women in marriage highlighting Divine Book's attention to the legal and ethical rules and commands of marriage as well as its social functions including expanding social interactions, maintaining women's respect and character and children education.
