بررسی رابطه بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان

زمینه و اهداف: یکی از عوامل مهمی که می تواند بر وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیر منفی داشته باشد، اعتیاد به اینترنت است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و اشتیاق تحصیلی در دانشجویان بود.روش بررسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. در پژوهش حاضر 200 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرکرد در سال تحصیلی 1394-1393 به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت و مقیاس اشتیاق تحصیلی پاسخ دادند. داده هایجمع آوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و اشتیاق تحصیلی (عاطفی، رفتاری، شناختی) رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (0/01>p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که اعتیاد به اینترنت می تواندبه صورت منفی اشتیاق به تحصیلی در دانشجویان را پیش بینی نماید.نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر دلالت بر نقش منفی اعتیاد به اینترنت در اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد. بنابراین باید در برنامه های مبتنی بر ارتقاء اشتیاق و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان به این موارد توجه ویژه شود.

Surveying the relationship between internet addiction and Academic Engagement of students

Background and aim: Internet addiction is one of the important factors that could have a negative impact on students' academic achievement. The aim of present research is surveying the relationship between internet addiction and Academic Engagement of students.Materials and methods:The research methodis descriptivecorrelational. In this study 200 Students of shahrekord Payame Noor University in the academic years of 20132014 were selected by random clustering sampling method and responded to Internet Addiction questionnaire and Academic Engagement scale. The gathered data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis.Results: Results showed that there exist a negative and significant relation betweeninternet addiction and Academic Engagement (Emotional, behavioral, cognitive) (P>0/01). The results of regression analysis showed that internet addiction could negatively predict Academic Engagement in students.Conclusion: The results indicate the negative role of Internet addiction on Academic Engagement of students. Thus in Programs based on improving students' academic performance and Engagement, these casesshould be given special attention.
