توصیف ویژگی های ریخت شناسی، کالبدشناسی و کلید شناسایی ماهی سیکلید زندانی (amatitlania nigrofasciata)

ویژگی‌های ریخت شناسی و برخی مشخصات کالبدشناختی ماهی سیکلید زندانی (amatitlania nigrofasciata) به منظور توصیف و ارائه کلید شناسایی گونه بررسی شدند. در این راستا 50 ماهی بالغ بر اساس شیوه های متداول ماهی شناسی بررسی و صفات ظاهری (شکل و رنگ بدن، موقعیت باله‌ها، پولک‌ها، خط جانبی و موقعیت دهان و دندان ها)، ویژگی های قابل شمارش (تعداد شعاع های باله، پولک‌های خط جانبی، خارهای آبششی و مهره ها) و ویژگی های قابل اندازه گیری (طول‌ها و نسبت ابعاد بدن) بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این گونه بدنی دوکی شکل مرتفع و از دو پهلو فشرده با ساقه دمی پهن عضلانی داشته و میانگین طول کل در افراد بالغ 0.75 ± 7.67 سانتی‌متر بود. نرها نسبت به ماده ها درشت تر، انتهای باله های پشتی و مخرجی تیزتر و بلندتر، لب ها کلفت تر و لوله تناسلی باریک تر از ماده ها بود. رنگ بدن خاکستری مایل به آبی با نوارهای عمودی سیاه و ناحیه شکمی ماهیان ماده بالغ مایل به نارنجی یا سرخ مسی بود. دهان جلویی با شکاف افقی، لب ها کلفت و بدون سبیلک و تمام سطح بدن، درپوش آبششی و گونه ها پوشیده از پولک‌های شانه ای بود. خط جانبی دوقسمتی، تعداد پولک‌های روی خط جانبی اول 16 تا 21 و روی خط دوم 7 تا 12 عدد بود. باله پشتی دارای 13 تا 18 شعاع سخت و 8 تا 10 شعاع نرم، باله سینه ای یک شعاع سخت و 10 تا 12 شعاع نرم، باله شکمی یک یا دو شعاع سخت و 4 یا 5 شعاع نرم، باله ی مخرجی 8 تا 10 شعاع سخت و 6 تا 10 شعاع نرم و باله ی دمی متجانس، بزرگ و مدور بود. دهان دارای دندان های مخروطی تیز متعدد در جلوی فک ها بود. دندان های حلقی متعدد مخروطی کوتاه روی استخوان های حلقی قرار داشته و تعداد خارهای آبششی 6 تا 8 و تعداد مهره های ستون مهره ها 26 عدد بود.

description of the morphologic, anatomic and key characteristics of the convict cichlid (amatitlania nigrofasciata)

the morphological characteristics and anatomical features of the convict cichlid fish (amatitlania nigrofasciata) were examined to describe the species and provide its identification key. based on standard ichthyological methods 50 adult specimens wereanalyzed. external traits (body shape and color, fin types, scales, lateral line, mouth and teeth), meristic features (fin rays, scales above, below, and on the lateral line, gill rakers, and vertebrae), and morphometric characteristics (total length, standard length, head length, and body proportion ratios) were observed, counted, and measured. the results revealed that this species has a fusiform, laterally compressed body with a broad andmuscular caudal peduncle. of young adult individuals, the total length was 7.67 ± 0.75 cm. males were larger than femails with sharper and longer dorsal and anal fin tips, thicker lips, narrower flanks, and a more pointed urogenital papilla. the body color wasbluish-gray with black vertical stripes, while the ventral region of mature females exhibited an orange to reddish-copper hue. mouth was terminal with horizontal gape, thick lips, without barbles. ctenoid scales covered the entire total body, operculum, and cheeks. lateral line was divided into two parts, 16–21 scales on the first and 7-12 on the second part. dorsal fin had 13–18 spines and 8–10 soft rays, pectoral fins 1 spine and 10–12 soft rays, pelvic fins 1 or 2 spines and 4 or 5 soft rays, anal fin 8-10 spines and 6–10 soft rays, and the caudal fin was homocercal, large, rounded. jaws had multiple sharp, conical teeth, but no teeth were found on the tongue or palate. short, numerous conical pharyngeal teeth were present on the bony pharyngeal plates, no distinct pattern observed in their arrangement on the pharyngeal plates. gill rakers 6-8 and vertebrae 26 across allthe specimens.
