بررسی اثرات فرم آلی و معدنی عناصر روی، مس و منگنز بر صفات کیفی پوسته تخم‌مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی

یکی از دغدغه های اصلی در دستیابی به پیک تولید در مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی، صفات کیفی پوسته تخم است که بسیار مهم بوده و در سودآوری گله مرغ مادر موثر است. مطالعه حاضر برای بررسی اثرات اشکال آلی و معدنی مس، روی و منگنز بر صفات کیفی تخم‌های مرغ مادر گوشتی راس 308 در یک فارم مرغ مادر واقع در شهرستان قائم‌شهر انجام شد. 240 مرغ مادر گوشتی و 30 خروس گوشتی به طور تصادفی به شش تیمار آزمایشی و پنج تکرار اختصاص‌یافتند. از 30 پن استفاده شد و در هر پن هشت مرغ و یک خروس قرار گرفت. این تحقیق به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی انجام شد. فاکتور اول شامل اشکال آلی و معدنی و فاکتور دوم شامل عناصر روی، مس و منگنز بود. تعداد تیمار و تکرار به ترتیب شش و پنج بود. صفات کیفی پوسته تخم‌مرغان مادر گوشتی در هفته‌های 33، 37 و 40 اندازه گیری شد. داده‌های جمع آوری شده با رویه lsmeans توسط نرم‌افزار آماری sas مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که روی آلی باعث افزایش معنی دار وزن پوسته تخم (0.05 > p) و منگنز آلی باعث بهبود ضخامت و استحکام پوسته تخم شدند (0.05 > p). از آنجا که استفاده از اشکال آلی روی و منگنز در جیره غذایی مرغان مادر گوشتی در بهبود صفات کیفی تخم آن‌ها موثر بوده است، بنابراین استفاده از اشکال آلی منگنز، مس و بخصوص روی در جیره مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی توصیه می‌شود.

investigating the effects of organic and inorganic forms of zinc,copper and manganese on the qualitative traits of the broilerbreeder eggshell

one of the main concerns in achieving peak production in broiler breeders is eggshell quality traits, which are very important and effective in the profitability of the breeder flock. the present study was conducted to investigate the effects of organic andinorganic forms of copper, zinc, and manganese on egg quality traits of ross 308 broiler breeder hens. 30 pens were used, and 8 hens and one rooster were placed in each pen.this research was conducted as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. the first factor included organic and inorganic forms and the second factor included zinc, copper, and manganese elements. the number of treatments andreplications were 6 and 5, respectively. eggshell quality traits of broiler breeder hens were measured at weeks 33, 37, and 40. the collected data were analyzed using the lsmeans procedure using sas statistical software. the results showed that organic zinc significantly increased eggshell weight (p < 0.05). organic manganese improved eggshell thickness and strength (p < 0.05). the use of organic forms of zinc and manganese in the diet of broiler breeders was effective in improving the quality traits oftheir eggs, therefore, the use of organic forms of manganese, copper, and especially zinc in the diet of broiler breeders is recommended.
