بررسی اثر مقادیر عناصر ماکرو خاک و علوفه بر روی سطوح سرمی عناصر ماکرو در گوسفندان تحت چرای مراتع استان گلستان

سالانه موارد زیادی از بیماری های بالینی ناشی از کمبود عناصر معدنی در گوسفندان در استان گلستان گزارش می شود؛ در حالیکه پژوهش ها در رابطه با عناصر خاک و گیاه و اثرات متقابل آنها بر دام های منطقه محدود است. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی اثر مقادیر عناصر ماکرو خاک و علوفه بر روی سطوح سرمی عناصر ماکرو گوسفندان تحت چرا در مراتع استان گلستان می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که در مقادیر کربن آلی، فسفر، منیزیم و پتاسیم نمونه های خاک در چراگاه های مورد مطالعه، تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده گردید (p < 0.05)، بطوریکه بالاترین مقدار این عناصر در چراگاه قرناق یافت شد. در حالیکه مقادیر کلسیم، گوگرد، سدیم و کلر نمونه های خاک در بین چراگاه های مختلف تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. مقادیر فسفر، منیزیم و پتاسیم نمونه های گیاهی در چراگاه های مختلف، تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده گردید (p < 0.05) اما در این چراگاه ها مقادیر کلسیم، گوگرد، سدیم و کلر نمونه های گیاهی اختلاف معنی داری نداشت. در غلظت فسفر و منیزیم سرم خون گوسفندان چراکننده در مراتع مختلف تفاوت معنی داری یافت شد (p < 0.05) بطوریکه غلظت فسفر سرم خون گوسفندان چراکننده در منطقه قرناق بیشتر از گوسفندان سایر چراگاه ها بود و همچنین غلظت منیزیم سرم خون گوسفندان چراکننده در منطقه حاجی قوشان کمتر از گوسفندان سایر چراگاه ها بود (p < 0.05). در حالیکه در غلظت کلسیم، پتاسیم، گوگرد، سدیم و کلر سرم خون گوسفندان چراکننده در مراتع مختلف تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. در حالت کلی نتایج نشان داد که میزان عناصر معدنی خاک و گیاهان مرتعی میتواند بر وضعیت عناصر معدنی سرم میش های چراکننده در مراتع گلستان موثر باشد.

investigating the effect of soil and fodder macro elements on the serum levels of macro elements of sheep grazing in pastures of golestan province

every year, many cases of clinical diseases caused by the lack of mineral elements in sheep are reported in golestan province; while researches related to soil and plantelements and their interaction effects on livestock in the region are limited. the aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of soil and fodder macro elements on theserum levels of macro elements of sheep grazing in pastures of golestan province. forthis purpose, 50 soil samples, pasture fodder and sheep blood serum samples from 5regions were collected and tested. the results showed that there was a significantdifference in the amounts of organic carbon, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium ofsoil samples in case study pastures (p < 0.05), so that the highest amount of theseelements was found in the pasture of qoranaq. while the amounts of calcium, sulfur,sodium and chlorine in soil samples were not significantly different among differentpastures. a significant difference was observed in the amounts of phosphorus,magnesium and potassium of plant samples in different pastures (p < 0.05), but therewas no significant difference in the amounts of calcium, sulfur, sodium and chlorine inthese pastures. a significant difference was found in the concentration of phosphorusand magnesium in the blood serum of grazing sheep in different pastures (p < 0.05), sothat the concentration of phosphorus in the blood serum of grazing sheep in qoranaqregion was higher than that of sheep in other pastures, and also the concentration ofmagnesium in the blood serum of grazing sheep in haji goshan region was lower. itwas from sheep of other pastures (p < 0.05). while there was no significant differencein the concentration of calcium, potassium, sulfur, sodium and chlorine in the blood ofgrazing sheep in different pastures. in general, the results showed that the amount ofmineral elements of soil and pasture plants can influence the status of serum mineralelements of grazing sheep in golestan pastures.
