مطالعه اوروگرافی ترشحی و آناتومی دستگاه ادراری در سگ سرابی

اوروگرافی ترشحی روشی برای تصویربرداری از کلیه‌ها، حالب‌ها و مثانه است که در آن از مواد حاجبی که حاوی ترکیبات یددار است، استفاده می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تشریحی کلیه‌ها، حالب‌ها و مثانه سگ نژاد سرابی بود تا از این یافته‌ها در تفسیر نتایج و تصمیم‌گیری‌های بالینی استفاده شود. در این مطالعه از 10 قلاده سگ سرابی (5 نر و 5 ماده) با میانگین سنی 0.11 ± 3.2 سال و میانگین وزنی 0.37 ± 79.7 کیلوگرم استفاده شد. متعاقب تجویز وریدی ترکیب مگلومین 60 درصد با دوز 850 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم رادیوگرافی در حالت‌گماری‌های جانبی و شکمی-پشتی انجام گرفت. در رادیوگراف‌های جانبی طول بدنه دومین مهره کمری اندازه‌گیری شد تا از آن به عنوان شاخصی در تعیین اندازه کلیه‌ها استفاده شود. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده هر دو کلیه سگ سرابی لوبیایی شکل و سطوح پشتی (دورسال) و شکمی (ونترال) آن‌ها محدب بودند. کلیه راست در موازات بزرگ سیاهرگ زیرین قرار داشت. کلیه چپ به موازات آئورت بوده و نسبت به کلیه راست از پوشش صفاقی بیشتری برخوردار بود. سطوح پشتی کلیه سمت چپ در تماس با عضلات زیر کمری بود. مثانه به طور کامل با صفاق پوشیده شده بود و گردن مثانه در مجاورت لبه‌ی قدامی استخوان عانه قراد داشت و بدنه ناحیه ورتکس نیز در کنار ناف حیوان واقع شده بود. میانگین نسبت طول، عرض و ضخامت کلیه سمت چپ و نسبت طول حالب سمت چپ به طول بدنه دومین مهره‌ی کمری در سگ‌های سرابی به ترتیب 2.87، 1.34، 1.19 و 6.97 سانتی‌متر بوده و همین نسبت در کلیه سمت راست به ترتیب 3.00، 1.33، 1.25 و 8.96 سانتی‌متر بود. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر ساختار آناتومیکی سیستم ادراری سگ سرابی مشابه سایر نژادهای سگ می‌باشد. یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند در تفسیر نتایج و تصمیم‌گیری‌های بالینی برای تعیین اندازه طبیعی و غیرطبیعی کلیه‌ها، حالب‌ها و مثانه در سگ‌های سرابی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

study of secretory urography and anatomy of the urinary tract in sarabi dog

secretory urography is a method for imaging the kidneys, ureters, and bladder, which uses iodinated contrast media. the aim of this study was the anatomical examination ofthe kidneys, ureters and bladder of the sarabi dog, so that these findings can be used in the interpretation of clinical results and decisions. the current study used 10 sarabidogs (5 males and 5 females) with an average age of 3.2±0.11 years and a mean weightof 79.7±0.37 kg. following the intravenous administration of meglumine compound60% with a dose of 850 mgi/kg, radiographs were performed in lateral and ventrodorsalrecumbency. the length of the second vertebral lumbar body was measured to beused as an index in determining the size of the kidneys. based on the obtained results,both kidneys of sarabi dogs were bean-shaped and their dorsal and ventral surfaceswere convex. the right kidney was located in the margins of the caudal vena cava. theleft kidney was located next to the aorta and had more peritoneal covering than the rightkidney. the bladder was completely covered with peritoneum, and the neck of thebladder was close to the front edge of the pubic bone, and the body of the vertex areawas located next to the navel of the animal. the mean ratio of the length, width, andthickness of the left kidney and the ratio of the left ureter length to the length of thesecond vertebral lumbar body were 2.87, 1.34, 1.19 and 6.97 cm, and the same ratio inthe right kidney were 3.00, 1.33, 1.25 and 8.96 cm, respectively. based on the findingsof the present study, the anatomical structure of the urinary system of the sarabi dog issimilar to other dog breeds. the findings of this study can be used in the interpretationof the results and clinical decisions to determine the normal and abnormal size ofkidneys, ureters and bladder in sarabi dogs.
