تخیّل شیر در رزم فردوسی و بزم نظامی (داستان بهرام‌گور در شاهنامه و هفت‌پیکر)

داستان «برداشتن تاج از میان دو شیر» یکی از روایت‌های نمادین است که در اثر جاوید حکیم فردوسی و حکیم نظامی با شباهت‌های فراوان و تفاوتی اندک نقش بسته است. در این مقاله با بهره‌گیری از نظریۀ «ژیلبر دوران» به بررسی کارکرد تخیّل شیر در دو منظومۀ شاهنامۀ فردوسی و هفت‌پیکر نظامی پرداخته شده است. نگاه ژیلبر دوران به اسطوره نگاهی ویژه است و کارکردی متفاوت دارد. از نظر او اسطوره‌ها مهمّ‌ترین تجّلی تخیّل است و تخیّل نیز از تصاویر نمادین تشکیل شده است. در این جستار با استفاده از منظومه‌ها و ساختارهایی که ژیلبر دوران، نظریه‌پرداز بزرگ معاصر، ترتیب داده، تصاویر نمادین داستان «برداشتن تاج از میان دو شیر» و هم‌چنین چگونگی تخیّلی که موجب بوجود آمدن این تصاویر در ذهن سرایندگان شده، شرح شده است.

The imagery of Lion in Ferdowsi's battle and Nezami's festivity

One comes across the story of Removing the crown in between two lions as a symbolic narrative in two eternal works of Hakim Ferdowsi and Nezami with striking similarities and slight differences. This research studies the function of Lion's imagery in Shahnameh Ferdowsi and Haft Paykar Nezami based on Gilbert Durand's theory. Durand's view towards myth is a particular one and has a different function. According to him myths are the most significant manifestation of imagination, and imagination is also composed of symbolic imagery. Applying the structures delineated by this great contemporary theoretician to this story in both Shahnameh and Haft Paykar, the symbolic imagery of the story is described and also how the imagination led to the creation of these imageries in the mind of their composers is accounted on.
