تاریخ ذهنیت و مطالعات شاهنامه

چکیده تاریخ ذهنیت از روش‌های نو در تاریخ‌نگاری است که برای شناخت ذهنیت عامه و کشف روح زمانه برای رسیدن به آن‌چه «تاریخ کامل» می‌نامد، تلاش می‌کند. منابع زبانی، ادبی و هنری سرشار از اطلاعاتی است که ذهنیت ملت‌ها را می‌توان از میان آن‌ها شناخت. در این میان شاه‌کارهای ادبی، با سطح نفوذ و گستردگی زیاد در ذهنیت ملت ها از اهمیتی ویژه‌ برخوردارند. نقش شاهنامه در تاریخ ذهنیت ایرانی و شکل گیری و استمرار هویت ملی، در میان آثار ادبی فارسی و هنرهای وابسته به آن کم نظیر است. واکاوی نشانه های تاریخی و فرهنگی آن موضوعی مغفول در پژوهش های مشترک ادبی و تاریخی است و این جستار برای دست یابی به هدف یادشده با روش توصیفیتحلیلی به تبیین و تحلیل نشانه‌های تاثیر شاهنامه بر ذهنیت ایرانی پرداخته‌است. از نتایج تحقیق برمی آید که با توجه به استمرار تاثیر شاهنامه بر ذهنیت ایرانی که در تاریخ ادبیات و هنر و مشرب‌های فکری قشرهای مختلف اجتماع ایرانی آشکار است، نظریۀ تاریخ ذهنیت می‌تواند در شناخت و معرفی الگوهای فکری ایرانی متاثر از شاهنامه راه‌گشا باشد.

History of mentality and Shahnameh Studies

Abstract History of mentality is a novel method in Historiography which attempts to recognize the public mentality and discover the spirit of time to strive at what is known as “total history”.  Linguistic, literary, and artistic sources are filled with information among which one can identify nations’ attitudes. Hence, literary masterpieces with their widespread influence over nations’ mentality gain particular interest here.  The singular role of Shahnameh in the history of Persian mentality and formation of persistent national identity amid the Persian literary works and the related arts is worthy of attention.  Inspection of historical and cultural sources is a subject mostly overlooked in the common literary and historical researches, therefore, this article pays attention to this aspect, and by using descriptive analytic method aims to explain and analyze the instances of impact of Shahnameh over Persian mentality.  The outcome of research indicates that the theory of history of mentality can pave the way for recognition and presentation of Persian thought patterns.
