ایدئولوژی و ژئوکالچر سلفیسم، تهدید وجودی علیه ایران: مختصات نظری – میدانی، تهدیدات و راهکارها

سلفیسم رادیکال- جهادی که به‌منزله «ایدئولوژیِ خشونت و ترور» در بافت جامعه شناختی ویژه ای با نوعی «اقبال توده ای» مواجه می شود، در ترکیب با ژئوپولتیک ویژه خاورمیانه توانایی کنشگری جمعی برای گروه‌های غیردولتی تروریستی فراهم می کند. ایران به دلیل موقعیت فرهنگی‌ پیشران نیروی ژئوکالچرال شیعی در خاورمیانه (زمینه‌ساز تصادم با نیروی ژئوکالچرال سنی پیرامون) و تنوع مذهبی در جغرافیای خاص تهدیدآمیز (مرزنشینی اهل سنت در همسایگی کشورهای سنی‌نشین) آسیب‌پذیری خاصی در برابر این پدیده دارد. پرسش این است که سلفیسم جهادی چه تهدیداتی و با چه سازوکاری برای امنیت ملی ایران می‌تواند درپی داشته باشد؟ فرضیه پژوهش این است که سلفیسم جهادی به‌مثابه یک نیروی ژئوکالچرال ضد شیعی/ ضد ایرانی می‌تواند از طریق ایجاد بی‌ثباتی در محیط پیرامونی و مرزهای کشور، و بسیج و رادیکالیزه کردنِ اجتماع اهل سنت داخلی، تاثیر منفی بر منافع و امنیت ملی ایران نهد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر درصدد ارائه تحلیلی کاربردی از تهدیدات سلفیسم جهادی علیه ایران و چگونگی مواجهه با آن در سیاست خارجی و داخلی می باشد. این تحلیل با تاکید بر تنیدگی نظریه و عمل صورت می گیرد و متقابلا راه حل‌ها ناظر به ابعاد نظری و عملی خواهند بود. بدین منظور، داده های گردآوری شده از منابع کتابخانه ای در یک قالب تحلیلی متشکل از دو لایه‌ی مکمل، یعنی تحلیل «در زمانی و همزمانی»، به‌کار گرفته می‌شود؛ بدین صورت که در ابتدا با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل روند به توضیح «روندپژوهانه»‌ی شکل‌گیری و تداوم تاریخی تهدیدات ژئوکالچرال علیه ایران می‌پردازد. سپس با تمرکز بر مختصات نظریِ «ایدئولوژی‌شناسانه»‌، تبیینی از چگونگی تهدیدزاییِ سلفیسم جهادی به‌عنوانمخاطره‌برانگیزترین نیروی ژئوکالچرال امروزی در قبال ایران به دست می‌دهد. کوتاه آنکه، پژوهش پیش‌ِرو به‌گونه‌ای سیستماتیک و روشمند روایتی از نسبت سلفیسم جهادی با ایران تحت عنوان «ایدئولوژی و ژئوپولیتیکِ تهدید» ارائه می‌دهد.

radical jihadist salafism, as an ideology of violence and terror, gains mass appeal under specific sociological conditions. combined with the middle east's unique geopolitical dynamics, it enables non-state terrorist groups to engage in collective action, thereby altering the region's geopolitical landscape. iran, due to its religious diversity, vulnerable geography (with sunni populations residing in border areas), and its cultural position as the leading force of shi'a geocultural influence in the middle east—constantly confronting the surrounding sunni geocultural forces—is particularly susceptible to this phenomenon. the key question explored in this study is: what threats does radical salafism pose to iran's national security, and through what mechanisms? the research hypothesizes that this ideology negatively impacts iran's national security by mobilizing and radicalizing sunni communities, destabilizing iran's border regions, and fostering an anti-iranian geocultural force. this study aims to provide a practical analysis of the threats posed by radical salafism to iran's national security and explore effective countermeasures in both domestic and foreign policy. the proposed solutions will address conceptual and operational dimensions by emphasizing the interconnectedness of theory and practice. the research employs a dual-layered descriptive-analytical approach, drawing on library resources and document analysis. it first examines the relationship between the religious-political tenets of salafist ideology and its promotion of violence and terrorism, alongside the sociological and psychological factors contributing to its mass appeal. subsequently, it analyzes the geocultural and geopolitical dynamics that shape its impact on iran's national security. in summary, this study systematically and methodically accounts for the ideological appeal and geocultural influence of radical jihadist salafism.
