واکاوی رویکرد اتحادیه عرب در بحران سوریه و پیامدهای منطقه‌ای آن (2024-2020)

مقاله حاضر به واکاوی رویکرد اتحادیه عرب در قبال بحران سوریه و پیامدهای منطقه‌ای آن در بازه زمانی 2020 تا 2024 می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با تمرکز بر تغییر رویکرد اتحادیه عرب از تقابل به تعامل مجدد با دولت بشار اسد، عوامل موثر بر این تحول و پیامدهای منطقه‌ای آن را تحلیل می‌کند. سوال اصلی تحقیق این است که چه عواملی باعث تغییر رویکرد اتحادیه عرب به تعامل با دولت سوریه در بازه زمانی 20202 تا 2024 شد و این تغییر چه پیامدهایی برای منطقه در پی داشت؟ نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عواملی چون فروکش کردن جنگ داخلی، نومیدی کشورهای کلیدی اتحادیه عرب از پیروزی اپوزیسون دولت سوریه و تثبیت دولت اسد، نگرانی‌های امنیتی ناشی از گروه‌های تروریستی و همچنین تداوم بحران آوارگان سوری در کشورهای عرب همسایه سوریه باعث تغییر نگرش کشورهای عضو اتحادیه عرب به تعامل مجدد با دولت سوریه در بازه زمانی 2020 تا 2024 شده است. از پیامدهای مهم تغییر این رویکرد می توان، تا حدودی به به کاهش تهدیدات امنیتی، مدیریت آوارگان سوری، کنترل قاچاق سلاح، مواد مخدر و تروریستها از سوریه به دیگر نقاط جهان عرب اشاره کرد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و شیوه جمع آوری دادها کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی بوده است.

this article examines the arab league's approach to the syrian crisis and its regional consequences in the period 2020-2024. focusing on the arab league's shift from confrontation to re-engagement with the government of bashar al-assad, this study analyzes the factors affecting this shift and its regional consequences. the main research question is what factors caused the arab league's shift in approach to engagement with the syrian government in the period 2020-2024, and what consequences did this shift have for the region? the results show that factors such as the subsiding of the civil war, the disappointment of key arab league countries over the victory of the syrian government opposition and the stabilization of the assad government, security concerns arising from terrorist groups, and the continuation of the syrian refugee crisis in arab countries neighboring syria have changed the attitude of arab league member countries towards re-engagement with the syrian government in the period 2020-2024. among the important consequences of this change in approach are, to some extent, the reduction of security threats, the management of syrian refugees, and the control of arms, drug, and terrorist smuggling from syria to other parts of the arab world. this research used a descriptive-analytical method and the data collection method was library and online..
