استعاره مفهومی «مسیر» و «تحول عدالت» در گفتمان سیاست خارجی دولت سیزدهم (با تاکید بر سخنرانی‌‌های رئیس‌‌جمهور در مجمع سالیانه سازمان ملل متحد)

این پژوهش تلاش دارد با استفاده از چارچوب نظری زبان‌‌شناسی شناختی و روش «پراگلجاز» به بررسی بافت مفهومی سیاست خارجی دولت سیزدهم بپردازد. بنیادی‌‌ترین راهبرد سیاست خارجی دولت سیزدهم، نظمِ عدالت محور، و حل‌وفصل مسائل بین‌‌المللی بر پایه‌ی نظم و عدالت است. موانع موجود در رسیدن به این هدف ممکن است مسیر موردنظر را کُند و یا متوقف کند. فهم این مسیر در سخنرانی‌‌ها و بافت زمینه‌‌مند دولت قابل بازنمایی و درک است. پرسش اصلی این است که دولت سیزدهم از چه استعاره‌‌های مفهومی در گفتمان نظمِ عدالت محور استفاده کرده است؟ فرضیه بر آن است که استعاره «مسیر» پربسامدترین مفهوم در گفتمان دولت آقای رئیسی است. یافته‌‌ها نشان می‌‌دهد روابط ناعادلانه، بی‌‌عدالتی و تبعیض به علت «ذهن» و «نظام سرمایه‌‌داری جهانی» با محوریت آمریکا مانع از به انجام رسیدن این مسیر است؛ این مانع با ایجاد «تحول جهادی» قابل‌بازسازی است. نتایج نشان می‌‌دهد، عبارت‌‌های زبانی و فضای ذهنی در دستگاه سیاست خارجی، ساختارهایی هستند که از طریق همبستگی مستقیم و بی‌‌واسطه با رویدادها، «معنی» را بین «مخاطب» و «دیگران» پدید می‌‌آورند.

the conceptual metaphor of path and transformation of justice in the foreign policy discourse of the 13th government (with emphasis on the speeches of president at the annual assembly of the united nations)

this research tries to investigate the conceptual context of the foreign policy of the 13th government by using the theoretical framework of cognitive linguistics and the & pragglejaz& method. the most fundamental strategy of the 13th government’s foreign policy is justice-oriented order and solving international issues based on order and justice. obstacles in reaching this goal may slow down or stop the desired path. the understanding of this path can be represented and understood in the speeches and context of the government. the main question is, what conceptual metaphors has the 13th government used in the discourse of justice-oriented order? the hypothesis is that the &path& metaphor is the most frequent concept in the discourse of mr. raisi’s government. the findings show that unfair relations, injustice, and discrimination due to the &mind& and the &global capitalist system& centered on the united states prevent the achievement of this path; this obstacle can be rebuilt by creating a &jihadi transformation&. the results show that language expressions and mental space in the foreign policy apparatus are structures that create &meaning& between the &addressee& and &others& through direct correlation with events.
