رویکردسنجی ادبیات علمی روابط بین‌الملل ایرانی: بررسی مقالات علمی-پژوهشی سال‌1400

تحول‌پژوهشی و رویکرد‌سنجی یکی از مباحث مهم در فهم وضعیت پژوهشی یک دانش در بازه‌ی مشخص زمانی و در یک جامعه‌ی دانشگاهی یا پژوهشی مشخص است. فقر نظری در این حوزه‌ی مطالعاتی در نهایت با ایجاد ابهام علمی منجر به عدم شکل‌گیری حلقه‌های فکری موثر خواهد شد. در این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد درون‌رشته‌ای و با مطالعه‌ی 143 مقاله‌ی پژوهشی روابط بین‌الملل ایرانی منتشر شده در سال 1400، پله‌ی اول نهاده شده است. براساس روش خاص ابداعی مبتنی بر دانش رایانه‌ای موفق به تشکیل جامعه‌ی آماری اتفاقی و قابل اتکاء شده‌ایم و برمبنای روش پژوهش نظریه‌ی داده بنیاد نیز در نهایت به پنج تئوری تایید شده دست یافتیم که در پژوهش‌های آینده در این حوزه می‌توانند بعنوان شاخص راهنما پژوهش‌ها باشند. خروجی پژوهش حاضر تعیین حوزه‌های فقرپژوهشی و موارد توجه بیش از حد است؛ آنچنان که دریافتیم روابط بین‌الملل ایرانی بیش از حد آمریکازده و بی‌توجه به نیازهای مبتنی بر دکترین سیاست‌خارجی دولت‌نهاد است. همچنان که در حوزه‌ی روش‌پژوهش و معرفت‌شناسی نیز سردرگمی ناشی از فقدان آموزش موثر را مشاهده کردیم. در پژوهش حاضر نگاه کلان‌نگر حاکم است و به بررسی با رویکرد برون‌رشته‌ای و عوامل ایجاد چنین &فقر& یا &شدت توجه& نپرداخته‌ایم. عدم توجه جامعه‌ی دانشگاهی به نیازهای مبتنی بر دکترین سیاست‌خارجی دولت‌نهاد دارای ریشه‌هایی از جنس عوامل محیطی و همچنین نظام ارزشی-هنجاری حاکم بر اندیشه‌ی متفکران روابط بین‌الملل ایرانی و تلاش برای فاصله‌گذاری معنادار با مباحث دولت‌نهاد است که موضوع پژوهش حاضر نبوده و می‌بایست در پژوهش‌های دیگر به آن پرداخته شود.

examining the research approaches of iranian international relations articles:review of scientific research articles published from march 21, 2021 to march 20, 2022

evolutionary research and examining the research approaches are one of the important research field to understand the status of a discipline in a specific period of time and scientific community. theoretical poverty in this field of study creates scientific ambiguity, an event that will eventually lead to the non-formation of effective thought circles. in this research, based on the interdisciplinary approach, 143 scientific research articles have been studies and the first step was taken. based on special innovative method and using computer programming, we created a random and reiable statistical society. also, based on the grounded theory research method, we found five confirmed theories that they can being a guide in future researches as indicators. the results of this research represent areas of research poverty and cases of excessive attention. in this research, we found that iranian international relations are strongly influenced by the us foreign policy and it ignores the needs of the foreign policy doctrine of islamic republic of iran. also we realized the confusion of iranian articles in epistemology and research method wich is caused by the lack of proper education.in this research, we did not address the causes of iranian researchers paying too much attention to cases or their lack of attention to some issues. finding the cause of these issues is in the field of extra-disciplinary approach which is rooted in the environmental factors and the value system governing the thinking of iranian international relations thinkers. the fact is that they try to distance themselves from government policy.
