رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با راهبردهای حل مساله در دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان

مقدمه: یکی از مهم ترین عوامل موثر بر شیوه حل مساله افراد، ویژگی های روانی و شخصیتی آنان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه ی بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با راهبردهای حل مساله در دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گردید. روش ها: در این تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی، جامعه ی آماری دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 93-92 به تعداد 380 نفر بودند که 191 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری، دو پرسشنامه نئو مک کری و کاستا (mccrae costa) و پرسشنامه راهبردهای حل مساله کسیدی و لانگ (cassidy long) بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شد. نتایج: بین روان رنجوری (013/0, p= 242/0r=) و با وجدان بودن (001/0, p= 474/0r=) با شیوه سازنده حل مساله همبستگی معنادار وجود دارد و با وجدان بودن بهترین پیش بینی کننده شیوه سازنده حل مساله است. هم چنین بین ابعاد برون گرایی (001/0, p= 201/0r=) توافق پذیری (001/0, p= 452/0r=) و با وجدان بودن (001/0, p= 416/0r=) با شیوه غیرسازنده حل مساله همبستگی معنادار و معکوس و بین روان رنجوری و شیوه غیرسازنده حل مساله همبستگی مستقیم وجود دارد (001/0, p= 429/0r=) و توافق پذیری، روان رنجوری و با وجدان بودن بهترین پیش بینی کننده شیوه غیرسازنده حل مساله هستند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به معنادار شدن رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با راهبرد حل مساله دانشجویان، پیشنهاد می گردد که دانشگاه ها توجه به ویژگی شخصیتی دانشجویان خود را جدی گرفته تا بتوانند از این طریق راهبردهای حل مساله را به دانشجویان خود آموزش دهند.

The Relationship between Personality Traits and Problem-Solving Strategies among Undergraduate Nursing Students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Psychological and personality traits are among the most important factors greatly affecting people rsquo;s problemsolving strategies. This study aimed to determine the relationship between personality traits and problemsolving strategies among undergraduate nursing students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptivecorrelational research was performed on all 380 undergraduate nursing students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 201314 academic years. 191 of whom were selected as the sample. Research tools were Neo McCrae and Costa rsquo;s questionnaires and Cassidy and Long rsquo;s problemsolving strategies questionnaire. Data were analyzed using of Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. Results: Findings showed that there was a significant correlation between neuroticism (r=0.242, P=0.013) and conscientiousness (r=0.474, P=0.001) and constructive style of problemsolving and conscientiousness was the best predictor of constructive style of problemsolving. There was also a reverse significant correlation between nonconstructive style of problemsolving and the dimensions of extraversion (r=0.201, P=0.001), agreeableness (r=0.452, P=0.001) and being conscientiousness (r=0.416, P=0.001). A direct correlation was found between neuroticism and nonconstructive style of problemsolving (r= 0.429, P=0.001) and agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism were the best predictors of nonconstructive style of problemsolving. Conclusion: Taking into account the significant relationship between students rsquo; personality traits and problemsolving strategies, it suggested that universities focus on students rsquo; personality traits in order to be able to teach them problemsolving strategies.
