تاملی بر برنامه درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی در آموزش پزشکی

مقدمه: یکی از رویکردها برای تشریح رابطه بین آموزش و دنیای کار و کاهش شکاف بین آموخته های دانشجویان و نیازهای حرفه ای، برنامه درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی است. برنامه درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی به واسطه ویژگی های خاص خود در سال های اخیر مورد توجه نظام های آموزشی کشورهای مختلف به ویژه در رشته پزشکی است. با توجه به اهمیت رویکرد شایستگی در حوزه آموزش پزشکی، مقاله حاضر در صدد تشریح این رویکرد است.روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع مروری است. جستجوی صورت گرفته برای مطالعه حاضر با واژه هایcompetence، competencyو competence based curriculumدر زمینهmedical educationو هم چنین کلید واژه های شایستگی، برنامه درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی و پیامدهاییادگیری در زمینه آموزش پزشکیمورد توجه قرار گرفت. در این راستا مقاله های پایگاه های اینترنتیsagepub، proquest، google scholar، magiran و sidاز سال های1990 تا2014جستجوشد.نتایج: در مجموع 52 منبع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.در برنامه درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی در علوم پزشکی، نیازهای شغلی دانش آموختگان از جایگاه خاصی برخوردار است و عناصر برنامه درسی و الگوهای شایستگی در هر حوزه در ارتباط تنگاتنگ با آنها هستند.نتیجه گیری: با شناخت رویکرد شایستگی، ویژگی ها و عناصر برنامه درسی در این رویکرد و همچنین فرایند طراحی و برنامه ریزی درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی و بهره گیری از این رویکرد، می توان در ارتقا کیفیت نظام آموزشی موثر واقع شد.

Contemplation on Competency-based Curriculum in Medical Education

Introduction: One of the approaches to explaining the relationship between education and the world of work, and reducing the gap between studentsamp;rsquo; knowledge and their professional needs is competencybased curriculum. Due to its unique characteristics, competencybased curriculum has been noticed recently by educational systems of various countries especially in medical education. Given the importance of competency approach in medical education, this paper attempts to explain this approach.Methods: This paper is a review study. The keywords competence, competency, competencybased curriculum and learning outcomes in the field of medical education were used for searching through the databases of Sagepub, ProQuest, Google Scholar, Magiran and SID from 19902014.Results:A total of 52 publications were reviewed. Graduatesamp;rsquo; professional needs are of great importance in competencybased curriculum in medical education and elements of the curriculum and competency models are closely tied with these needs in any field.Conclusion: The quality of the educational system could be improved by recognition of the competency approach, the characteristics and elements of the curriculum in this approach, and also the process of designing and planning competencybased curriculum and its implementation.
