تاثیر مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی در دوره پاندمی کرونا بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک

مقدمه: همه‌گیری کرونا سبب تغییر ناگهانی به استفاده از شیوه‌های آموزش از راه دور شده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی در دوره پاندمی کرونا بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک انجام شد.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر در سال 1400 با رویکرد کیفی و کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، اساتید دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک( 20 نفر) با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع و در بخش کمی، مدیران و معاونین واحدها، دانشکده‌ها، مدیران گروه‌ها و اساتید هیات‌علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک به تعداد 1851 نفر تشکیل می‌دادند که در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای براساس واحد دانشگاهی تعداد 320 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی در دوره پاندمی کرونا و پرسشنامه کیفیت آموزشی صادقی و همکاران استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی و کیفیت آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک (با ضریب مسیر 421.0 و مقدار r62 برابر با 403.0) و آماره تی برابر با 222.5 نشان دهنده این است که 42 درصد از تغییرات کیفیت آموزشی تحت تاثیر مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به رابطه مثبت بین مهارت‌آموزی الکترونیکی و تاثیر آن بر کیفیت آموزشی، باید اذعان کرد که دانش سیال امروز، توسعه فراگیر تکنولوژی و تغییرات سریع در عرصه علم و فناوری در جهان نیازمند پرورش نسلی کارآمد و با مهارت برای آینده است که برای دستیابی به این مهم باید به دنبال به روزرسانی اساتید، روش‌های آموزشی جدید و محتوای منابع درسی بود.  

the impact of e-skills learning in corona pandemic course on improving the educational quality of macro-medical universities in region one

introduction: corona epidemic has led to a sudden change in the distance learning practices. this study endeavored to investigate the impact of e-skills training in corona pandemic on improving the students’ educational quality at macro-medical universities in region one.methods: this study was conducted in the academic year 2022 with a qualitative and quantitative approach. the population in the qualitative section, macro medical universities professors in region one, were 14 being selected by purposeful sampling method using the saturation law. in the quantitative phase, managers and deputies of departments, faculties, heads of department, and faculty members of the macro-medical sciences universities, in region one, were selected from among 1851 using stratified random sampling method. a researcher-made questionnaire on e-skills learning and the educational quality questionnaire of sadeghi et al. were used to collect data. confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data.results: the results revealed that the relationship between e-learning and educational quality in the universities of macro medical sciences in region one (with a path coefficient of 0.421 and a value of r2 equal to 0.403) and a t-statistic equal to 5.222 indicated that 42% of changes in educational quality were affected by e-learning.conclusion: given the positive relationship between electronic skills and their impact on educational quality, it needs to be acknowledged that today’s fluid knowledge, the pervasive development of technology, and rapid changes in science and technology around the world require the development of an efficient and skilled generation for the future, and to achieve this, it seems necessary to seek to update professors, new teaching methods, and the content of course resources.
