طراحی ساختار و فرایند اعتباربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور

مقدمه: اعتباربخشی یک ابزار قوی تضمین کیفیت است. در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت نیز از سال 1394 موضوع اعتباربخشی در 4 محور موسسه‌ای، برنامه‌ای، بیمارستانی و برنامه‌های آموزش مداوم مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی ساختار و فرایند اعتباربخشی برنامه‌ای نظام آموزش عالی سلامت انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه در قالب طرح توسعه‌ای و در5 مرحله با رویکرد کیفی انجام گردید. مراحل شامل، تجزیه و تحلیل ساختار و فرایند اعتباربخشی برنامه در سایر کشورها، تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت تضمین کیفیت برنامه‌های آموزش علوم پزشکی در ایران، تدوین پیش نویس اولیه ساختار و فرایند اعتباربخشی برنامه در ایران، تشکیل پانل متخصصان به منظور بازنگری و نهایی سازی برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا گردید.نتایج: نتایج مرحله بررسی ساختار و فرآیند اعتباربخشی برنامه در کشورهای منتخب و مقایسه آن با ساختار و فرآیندهای موجود در وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش عالی، نشان دهنده نبود استاندارد و مراحل مشخص و مدون است. نتایج مراحل بعدی درقالب آیین نامه، ساختار، راهنمای خودارزیابی، ارزیابی بیرونی، تدوین استاندارد و راهنمای اخلاقی اعتباربخشی برنامه‌ای شکل گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: حاصل این طرح می‌تواند به دبیرخانه‌های آموزشی وزارت بهداشت کمک کند که براساس مستندات تدوین شده و با توجه به ساختار و فرایندهای موجود در هر دبیرخانه، فرایند و ساختار اعتباربخشی مناسب رشته‌های هر دبیرخانه را تدوین و عملیاتی نمایند.

designing the structure and accreditation process of educational programs of medical universities

introduction: accreditation is a powerful quality assurance instrument. in the higher health education system, since 2005, the issue of accreditation in four domains of institutions, programs, hospitals, and continuing education programs has been considered. in this regard, this study endeavors to develop a program accreditation model for the higher education system. health was confirmed.methods: this developmental study was conducted in 5 steps with a qualitative approach. these 5 steps were organized into 3 stages: analysis, prototype development and testing, prototype review, and retesting. accordingly, the study in 5 phases of analyzing the structure and process of program accreditation in other countries, analyzing the quality assurance of medical education programs in iran, compiling a preliminary draft of the structure and process of program accreditation in iran, forming a panel of experts to the planning and implementation were reviewed and finalized.results: the results of the phase of reviewing the structure and process of program accreditation in selected countries and comparing it with the structure and processes of the ministry of health and higher education indicate the lack of standards and specific and codified steps. results the next two stages are self-assessment, external evaluation, standardization, and an ethical guide to program accreditation.conclusion: the result of this study can help the educational secretariats of the ministry of health to compile and implement the appropriate accreditation process and structure of the disciplines of each secretariat according to the documents compiled and according to the structure and processes in each secretariat.
