میزان و منابع استرس کووید-19 در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و عوامل مرتبط با آن

مقدمه: آموزش در حرفه‌های علوم پزشکی که به نوعی با سلامت و جان انسان‌ها سروکار دارد، تجربه‌ای پر تنش است و این استرس در دوران پاندمی کووید19، بیش‌تر از گذشته می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی منابع استرس کووید 19 و میزان آن در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 423 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده علوم پزشکی ساوه در بهار 1400 شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه استرس کووید19 در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بود که پس از تایید روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در سطح معنا‌داری 0.05 مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: میانگین امتیاز استانداردشده استرس کووید19 (از 4 نمره) در حیطه‌های ترس از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا 0.98 ±3.31، تغییرات در آموزش 0.77 ±3.01، عدم تمکین از پروتکل‌های بهداشتی 0.81 ±2.28، محدودیت اجتماعی 0.95 ±2.11، و اخبار نگران‌کننده و اضافه‌بار اطلاعات 0.95 ±2.09 بود. بین امتیاز استرس کووید19 با رشته تحصیلی، جنسیت و ترم تحصیلی ارتباط آماری معنا‌داری وجود داشت (0.05> p). بین سن و محل سکونت با امتیاز استرس کووید19 ارتباط آماری معنا‌داری وجود نداشت (0.05

Levels and sources of Covid-19 stress in medical sciences students regarding the related factors

Introduction: Education in the medical sciences, which somehow deals with the health and lives of human beings, seems to be a stressful experience, and this stress is greater than ever during the Covid19 pandemic. This study endeavored to examine the levels and sources of Covid19 stress in medical students and related factors.Methods: In this crosssectional analytical study, 423 students of Saveh University of Medical Sciences participated in the academic year 2021. The instrumentation was the COVID19 related Healthcare Students Stress Scale which was used after validation and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical methods (independent ttest and oneway analysis of variance) at a significant level of 0.05.Results: The mean standardized score of Covid19 stress (out of 4 scores) in the areas of fear of catching coronavirus 3.31 ±0.98, changes in education 3.01 ± 0.77, noncompliance of health protocols 2.28 ±0.81, social constraints were 2.11 ±0.95, and worrying news and overload information was 2.09 ±0.95. There was a statistically significant relationship between Covid19 stress score with field of study, gender and academic year (p<0.05). There was no significant relationship between age and place of residence with Covid19 stress score (p>0.05).Conclusion: Covid19 stress was high in students, accordingly it seems essential that medical sciences students have the ability to cope with stress, and also should identify the sources of Covid19 stress in students and take supportive measures to eliminate or reduce sources of stress.
