تاثیر آمایش سرزمین با رویکرد آموزش عالی سلامت بر توسعه پایدار و عدالت آموزشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک

مقدمه: برتری یک کشور بیش از آن که به منابع طبیعی یا ظرفیت‌های موجود صنعتی متکی باشد، به میزان بهره‌مندی آن کشور از علوم و فنون و به پویایی نظام آموزش عالی آن کشور بستگی دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ، بررسی تاثیر آمایش سرزمین با رویکرد آموزش عالی سلامت بر توسعه پایدار وعدالت آموزشی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی انجام شد.روش‌ها: پژوهش توصیفی کاربردی حاضر در سال 1399 با رویکرد کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی 16 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی جامعه اماری کلیه اساتید هیات‌علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک آمایش شامل دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی بابل، سمنان، شاهرود، گلستان، گیلان و مازندران به تعداد 1851 نفر بودند که تعداد 320 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها ازپرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته آمایش سرزمین و توسعه پایدار و پرسشنامه عدالت آموزشی گل پرور استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها از آزمون‌‌های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.نتایج: با توجه به مقادیر r^2 و ضرایب مسیر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که رابطه آمایش سرزمین با توسعه پایدار (با ضریب مسیر 0.79و مقدار r^2 برابر با 0.624)در مقایسه با رابطه آمایش سرزمین با عدالت آموزشی (با ضریب مسیر 0.620 و مقدار 0.384=r^2) قوی تر است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه با رابطه برتر آمایش سرزمین با توسعه پایدار در مقایسه با عدالت آموزشی می‌توان گفت که ماهیت علمی و ثمر بخش فعالیت‌های علمی و توسعه پیوسته آنها یکی از اهداف نهایی آمایش سرزمین است.

The Impact of Land Use Planning with Higher Health Education Approach on Sustainable Development and Educational Justice in Macro Medical Universities of Region One

Introduction: The superiority of a country depends more on science and technology application and on the dynamism of the higher education rather than relying on natural resources or current industrial capacities. This way, this study endeavored to investigate the impact of land use planning with higher health education approach on sustainable development and educational justice in macro medical universities of region one in Iran.Methods: The applied study was conducted in the year 2020 with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The population in the qualitative section were 16 individuals who were selected through purposive sampling method, and in the quantitative section, 320 individuals were selected as a sample out of 1851 individuals based on Cochran #39;s formula at 95% and alpha; =5% through stratified random sampling. To collect data, a researchermade questionnaire on land use, sustainable development and Golparvar #39;s Educational Justice Questionnaire were employed. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation tests were used to analyze the data.Results: Considering the values of R2 and path coefficients, it can be concluded that the relationship between land use and sustainable development (with path coefficient 0.790 and R2 value equal to 0.624) compared to the relationship between land management with educational justice (with path coefficient 0.620 and R2 value 0.384) was stronger.Conclusion: Regarding the superior relationship between land management and sustainable development compared to educational justice, it can be said that the scientific nature and fruitfulness of scientific activities and their continuous development was one of the ultimate goals of land management.
