ارتباط بین معنویت اسلامی و سلامت معنوی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دستیاران داخلی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران

مقدمه: اخلاق حرفه‌ای از جمله مباحث و مفاهیم مطرح و کلیدی در حوزه درمان است و رعایت آن می‌تواند زمینه ساز و عامل اصلی رضایت و اعتماد از کادر درمان شود. لذا پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین معنویت اسلامی و سلامت معنوی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای در میان دستیاران داخلی دانشکده‌های پزشکی شهر تهران انجام شد.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی پیمایشی، جامعه آماری دستیاران داخلی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، 130 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، سه پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته بود. جهت اطمینان از روایی هر یک از آنها از روایی صوری و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی روابط بین متغیرها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده شد.نتایج: بین معنویت اسلامی و سلامت معنوی (54/0= β) و بین معنویت اسلامی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای (25/0= β) و بین معنویت اسلامی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای با نقش میانجی سلامت معنوی (58/0= β) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد(001/0= p).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه و ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بین معنویت اسلامی و سلامت معنوی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای، توصیه می‌شود در برنامه‌های درسی علوم پزشکی به مبانی ارزشی و معنوی توجه گردد تا زمینه گسترش و تقویت رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای توسط کادر درمان بویژه پزشکان فراهم گردد.

Investigating the Relationship between Islamic Spirituality and Spiritual Health with Professional Ethics among Internal Residents of Universities of Medical Sciences in Tehran

Introduction: Professional ethics is one of the key issues in the field of treatment and its observance can be the main factor for satisfaction and trust of the medical staff. This study endeavored to investigate the relationship between Islamic spirituality and spiritual health and professional ethics among Internal residents of Universities of Medical Sciences in Tehran.Methods: This study is quantitative descriptivesurvey. The population consisted of all Internal residents of Universities of Medical Sciences in Tehran who were selected by cluster sampling method. Data were collected using three researchermade questionnaires. Their face validity was confirmed. And their reliability was calculated through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient. Pearson correlation test and structural equations were used for data analysis and PLS software.Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship (P=0/001) between Islamic spirituality and spiritual health ( β = 0.54), between Islamic spirituality and professional ethics ( β = 0.25) as well as between Islamic spirituality and professional ethics with mediating role of spiritual health ( β = 0.58). Conclusion: Considering the findings of this study and the positive and significant relationship between Islamic spirituality and spiritual health with professional ethics, to expand and strengthen professional ethics it is recommended to consider the values of spiritual aspects and principles in medical science curricula.
