سنجش و اعتباریابی عوامل موثر بر انتقال و اشتراک دانش بین اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

مقدمه: انتقال دانش قلب فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش است و امروزه بیش‌تر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش و اعتباریابی عوامل موثر بر انتقال و اشتراک دانش بین اساتید در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه ی پیمایشی - توصیفی، بخش کمّی از یک پژوهش آمیخته است. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای است که با استفاده از یافته‌های بخش کیفی طراحی گردید و در نمونه طبقه‌ای با حجم 162 نفر از جامعه 1577 نفری اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران اجرا گردید. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار lisrel انجام گردید. نتایج: پرسش نامه با آلفای کرونباخ 0.97 از پایایی خوبی برخوردار بود و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز با (0.90=gfi و 0.07=rmsea) نشان دهنده برازش مطلوب الگوی انتقال دانش بود. از میان 9 مولفه‌ی این الگو، وضعیت چهار مولفه از جمله دانش و اساتید در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مطلوب بود در حالی که پنج مولفه‌ی دیگر از جمله دانشگاه و ارتباط آن با اساتید و محیط برای انتقال دانش در این دانشگاه از وضعیت چندان مطلوبی برخوردار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که موثر ترین عامل در فرآیند انتقال دانش، عاملِ »دانشگاه « به عنوان سازمان و چگونگی مواجهه آن با اساتید، دانش و محیط نهفته است. بنابراین لازم است اصلاح قوانین ارتقای اساتید، به گونه‌ای صورت گیرد که مشوق اشتراک دانش بین اساتید گردد. طراحی یک نظام گرنت‌دهی در ارتباط با صنعت و جامعه به گونه‌ای باشد که موجبات جهت‌دهی به کارهای آموزشی و پژوهشی فراهم گردد تا از پراکنده کاری‌های علمی نیز جلوگیری به عمل آید. همچنین این نکته مهم است که خط سیر علمی دانشکده‌ها برای رسیدن به اهداف علمی دانشگاه مکمل یکدیگر باشند.

Evaluation and Validation of Factors Affecting Knowledge Transfer and Sharing among Professors Tehran University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Knowledge transfer is at the heart of knowledge management processes, which has been the focus of research today. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and validate factors affecting knowledge transfer and sharing among professors in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This is a descriptive survey of the quantitative part of a mixed study. The tool of this research is a questionnaire designed using qualitative section findings and was implemented in a stratified sample of 162 members of 1577 faculty members of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Data were analyzed by path analysis using Lisrel. Results: The questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97 and confirmatory factor analysis of GFI = 0. 90 and RMSEA = 0. 07 indicated the optimal fit of knowledge transfer model. Among the nine components of this model, the status of four components including knowledge and professors in Tehran University of Medical Sciences was desirable; although, the other five components, including the university and its relationship with professors and the environment for transferring knowledge to the university, were not been favorable. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that in the process of knowledge transfer, the important points raised by university managers in the factor of university as an organization and its type of interaction with professors, knowledge and environment. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the promotion rules of the faculty in such a way as to encourage knowledge sharing among the professors. The design of a grants system in relation to industry and society should be developed to direct educational and research work in the universities to prevent the difusion of scientific work. It seems also important that colleges' academic trajectories complement each other to achieve the university's academic goals.
