ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس توافق استاد و دانشجو در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: کیفیت ارتباط میان استاد و دانشجو می‌تواند بر فرایند تدریس و عملکرد دانشجویان موثر باشد. وجود یک پرسشنامه معتبر می‌تواند به پژوهشگران این حوزه کمک کند. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس توافق استاد و دانشجو انجام شد. روش‌ها: در یک طرح توصیفی همبستگی و به طور دقیق‌تر اعتباریابی آزمون، 497 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و مقیاس توافق استاد و دانشجو ویلسون و رایان (wilson and ryan) و پرسشنامه ارزیابی دانشجویان از کیفیت تدریس مارش (marsh) را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی، روایی پیش‌بین و بررسی همسانی درونی انجام گرفت. نتایج: مقیاس از ساختاری دو عاملی برخوردار بود که 62.15 درصد واریانس را تبیین می‌کند. تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز این ساختار را تایید کرد. همسانی درونی مقیاس با آلفای کرونباخ برای ادراکات از مدرس و مشارکت دانشجو به ترتیب 0.86 و 0.92و ضرایب دو نیمه کردن به ترتیب 0.88 و 0.92 به دست آمد. زیر مقیاس ادارکات از مدرس می‌توانست کیفیت تدریس استاد را پیش‌بینی کند. نتیجه‌گیری: مقیاس توافق استاد و دانشجو، از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی در نمونه دانشجویان علوم پزشکی برخوردار بود و می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری دقیق در این زمینه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Psychometric Properties of Professor-Student Rapport Scale in Medical Sciences Students

Introduction: The quality of the professorstudent relationship can be effective on teaching and students` performance. A valid questionnaire can help researchers in this field. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric characteristics of ProfessorStudent Rapport Scale.Methods: In a descriptivecorrelational study and more precisely, test validation, 497 students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences were selected by multistage random sampling method and completed Wilson and Ryan`s ProfessorStudent Rapport Scale and Marsh`s Student Evaluation of Educational Quality Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, predictive validity and internal consistency.Results: The results showed that the scale has a twofactor structure that explains 62.15% of the variance. Confirmatory factor analysis also confirmed this structure. The internal consistency of the scale with the calculation of Cronbach's alpha for perceptions of teacher and student engagement was 0.86 and 0.92, respectively, and the splithalf coefficients were 0.88 and 0.92, respectively. Perceptions of teacher subscale could predict the educational quality.Conclusion: ProfessorStudent Rapport scale had a good validity and reliability in the sample of medical sciences students and can be used as a precise instrument in this regard.
