استفاده از روش تدریس کاوشگری در آموزش علوم پزشکی

چکیده
|
مقدمه: آموزش موثر نیازمند استفاده از روش‌هایی است که توانایی ایجاد دانش و مهارت لازم را در دانشجویان داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر استفاده از روش آموزش مبتنی بر کاوشگری در آموزش پزشکی با مرور مطالعات مرتبط انجام شد. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری روایتی (narrative) با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی آموزش بالینی، روش تدریس کاوشگری، آموزش پزشکی، مطالعات مرتبط از سال 2010 تا 2018 در منابع pubmed, medical teacher, magiran, google scholar انتخاب شد و بر اساس حیطه‌های مطرح در آموزش علوم پزشکی بررسی شد و ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺣﺬف رکوردهای تکراری، روش‌های آموزش مبتنی بر کاوشگری و حیطه‌های آن تعیین، دسته‌بندی و در نهایت 15 مقاله استخراج گردید. نتایج: مرور متون تخصصی 15 مقاله در زمینه استفاده از روش تدریس کاوشگری در علوم پزشکی نشان داد که این روش مسبب اثرات آموزشی و پرورشی مطلوب در دانشجویان است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعات بررسی شده توصیه می‌شود که اساتید دروس نظری و بالینی از این روش جهت تدریس استفاده کنند. همچنین مسوولین دانشکده‌ها شرایط انجام این روش تدریس را فراهم نمایند.

Abstract
|
Introduction: Effective teaching requires methods that can develop appropriate knowledge and skills in students. This study aimed to assess the effect of inquirybased teaching method in medical education through reviewing the related literature.Methods: In this Narrative review study, using the keywords clinical education, inquirybased teaching method and medical education, all articles published between 2010 and 2018 were searched in Magiran, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Medical Teacher. The articles were assessed according to the fields of medical education and after reviewing the articles and removing the duplicates, inquirybased teaching methods and their fields were classified and ultimately 15 articles were extracted.Results: The review of 15 articles on the application of inquirybased teaching method in medical education showed that this method is responsible for favorable educational and training impacts on students.Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it is recommended that faculty members of theoretical and clinical courses should use inquirybased teaching method for their classes. Faculty deans also should lay the groundwork for application of this teaching method.
