عوامل بازدارنده استفاده از آموزش الکترونیک از دیدگاه دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه

مقدمه: با وجود گسترش فناوری و اهمیت همه جانبه‌ی توسعه آن در نظام آموزش عالی، تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد که هنوز در بسیاری از مراکز آموزش عالی توسعه‌ی فناوری چندانی صورت نگرفته است و موانعی در این راستا وجود دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل بازدارنده استفاده از آموزش الکترونیک از دیدگاه دانشجویان به عنوان دریافت‌کننده آموزش، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه انجام شد.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی _ همبستگی جامعه آماری آن کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بودند که از بین آنها نمونه‌ای به تعداد 423 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که پس از تایید روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از شاخص‌های آماری توصیفی جهت توصیف و تبیین ویژگی‌های آزمون و از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.نتایج: به طور کلی 10 عامل (سازمانی، بودجه‌ای، مدیریتی، حقوقی/اداری، راهبردی، پداگوژی، فنی، اجرایی، فرهنگی، فردی) در مجموع حدود 50.330 درصد از کل واریانس را تبیین می‌کند که عامل سازمانی با 6.234 درصد از تبیین واریانس بیش‌ترین سهم را در تبیین متغیر داشت و عامل فردی با 2.553 درصد تبیین واریانس کم‌ترین سهم را در تبیین متغیر داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین عوامل بازدارنده استفاده از آموزش الکترونیک از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه مانع سازمانی بود که با رفع ابهامی که درباره آموزش الکترونیک و ارزش مدرک تحصیلی آن وجود دارد و همچنین با تربیت نیروی متخصص این مشکل قابل رفع است.

The Inhibitory Factors of Using E-Learning in Urmia University of Medical Sciences from The Students' Point of View

Introduction: Despite the development of technology and the importance of its comprehensive development in the higher education system, research has shown that many higher education centers have not technologically developed and there are some obstacles in this path. the aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory factors of using elearning from the students rsquo; point of view as the recipients of education in Urmia University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This descriptivecorrelational study was performed on all the students of Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 20162017 academic years. The participants (n=423) were selected through stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire that was used after confirming its reliability and validity. The descriptive statistics tests were used for explaining and describing test properties, and the collected data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis test. Results: In general, the 10 factors (organizational, budgetary, managerial, legal/administrative, strategic, pedagogical, technical, executive, cultural and individual) explained about 50.33 percent of the total variance. The organizational factor had the highest proportion in explaining the variance (6.234 percent) and the individual factor had the smallest proportion (2.553 percent).Conclusion: The organizational obstacle was the most important inhibitory factor of using elearning from the viewpoint of the students in Urmia University of Medical Sciences which can be resolved by disambiguation of elearning and the value of its degree as well as training the specialists.
