آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی در اتاق عمل: مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: شبیه سازی یک فناوری آموزشی است که منجر به تسهیل یادگیری و بهبود عملکرد یادگیرنده می شود، هدف این مطالعه معرفی وکاربرد آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه سازی درآموزش بالینی اتاق عمل است.روش ها: در این مقاله مروری، کلید واژه های شبیه سازی، آموزش، آموزش بالینی، آموزش اتاق عمل و شبیه سازی در اتاق عمل، برای جستجوی مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی موجود در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی،science direct، google scholar،pubmed،sid و magiran در بازه زمانی 1396-1379 شمسی و 2000-2018 میلادی استفاده شد. مقالاتی که طبق هدف مطالعه به معرفی و کاربرد روش های آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه سازی در اتاق عمل مرتبط بودند، انتخاب و مطالعه شدند.نتایج: چهل و دو مقاله، به بررسی تاریخچه و اهمیت استفاده از شبیه سازی در آموزش های بالینی، روش های ایجاد و توسعه آنها، انواع شبیه سازهای مورد استفاده در اتاق عمل. اهمیت و نوع مدل طراحی شده جهت ارزشیابی این روش ها پرداخته بودند. از جمله انواع شبیه سازها می توان به شبیه سازهای فیزیکی با فیدالیتی پایین، ابزارهای آموزشی مبتنی بر وب، آموزش های ویدیویی مبتنی بر کامپیوتر، سیستم های یادگیری مجازی، سیستم مدیریت یادگیری، سیستم ام سی گیل (mcgill) برای آموزش و ارزشیابی مهارت های لاپاروسکوپی، روش های جراحی مبتنی بر شبیه سازی و مانکن های مبتنی بر کامپیوتر کنترل شده واقعی مثل سیم من تری جی( sim man 3g) اشاره کرد.نتیجه گیری: در آموزش اتاق عمل می توان از انواع شبیه سازها و مدل های ارائه شده جهت طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه آموزشی استفاده کرد. بسیاری از چالش های موجود با برنامه ریزی های مناسب قابل حل است و موسسات آموزشی می توانند با درک پتانسیل آموزشی این روش، باعث توسعه و گسترش آموزش های مبتنی بر شبیه سازی در اتاق عمل شوند.

Simulation-Based Training in Operating Room: A Review Study

Introduction: Simulation is an educational technology that facilitates learning and improves learner rsquo;s performance. The aim of this study was to introduce simulationbased clinical training in operating room.Methods: In this review article, the keywords ldquo;simulation, training, clinical education, operating room training, and simulation in operating room rdquo; were used to find Persian and English articles published from 20002018 andin the databases of Science Direct, Google scholar, PubMed, SID, and Magiran. Articles related to introduction and application of simulationbased training in operating room were selected and reviewed.Results: FortyTwo articles had addressed the history and importance of using simulation in clinical education, their development methods, types of simulators used in the operating room and importance and types of models designed to evaluate the simulation methods. Examples of these simulations included lowfidelity physical simulators, webbased educational tools, computerbased video training, virtual learning environment systems, learning management systems, laparoscopic surgery such as ldquo;McGill Inanimate System rdquo; for training and evaluation of laparoscopic skills, simulationbased surgical methods, and realistic computercontrolled mannequins such as ldquo;Sim Man 3G rdquo;.Conclusion: A wide variety of simulators and models can be used for designing, implementation and evaluation of operating room training. Many of the existing challenges can be overcome with proper planning and educational institutions can develop and expand simulationbased trainings in operating room by understanding the educational potential of this method
