مقایسه رضایت تحصیلی و عوامل موثر بر افت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و دانشگاه پیام نور

مقدمه: یکی از تاثیرات مهم افت تحصیلی تاثیر آن بر رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه عوامل موثر بر افت تحصیلی و رضایت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و دانشگاه پیام نور شهر اصفهان انجام شد.روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی مقایسه ای از نوع مقطعی است. واحدهای پژوهش را 350 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان و 648 نفر از دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در واحد های مختلف دانشگاه پیام نور استان اصفهان در سال 1395 تشکیل دادند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بررسی عوامل موثر بر افت تحصیلی و همچنین پرسشنامه رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. به منظور تحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی، آزمون t مستقل، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی گام به گام استفاده شد.نتایج: در میان حیطه های مورد بررسی از دیدگاه دانشجویان علوم پزشکی میانگین نمره مربوط به حیطه محتوای آموزشی (0/62 ±4/11) بالاترین رتبه را دارا بود. در دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور به ترتیب حیطه های محیط آموزش و آموزشگر با 0/32±4/41 و 0/25 ±4/02 نمره دارای بالاترین بود. مقایسه دو گروه نشان داد اختلاف معناداری بین دیدگاه دانشجویان دو دانشگاه در خصوص حیطه های محیط آموزشی (p>0/001، t=4/13) و آموزشگر( t=3/33,p=0/003) وجود دارد. مقایسه میانگین و انحراف معیار مولفه های رضایت تحصیلی تنها تفاوت معناداری را بین دو گروه در خصوص رضایت از محیط تحصیل نشان داد (p=0/03،t =1/88).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه به نظر می رسد که بررسی وضعیت آموزشی دانشجو، توجه به محیط آموزش، آموزشگر و محتوای آموزش باید در هر دو دانشگاه مد نظر قرار گیرد. ضمن آن که توجه به این عوامل می تواند با تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بر رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان، نقش مهمی در پشبرد اهداف آموزشی در دانشجویان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی و پیام نور داشته باشد.

Comparing Academic Satisfaction and the Factors Affecting Academic Deterioration in Students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Payam-e-Noor University

Introduction: One of the important impacts of academic deterioration is its effect on students rsquo; academic satisfaction. This study aimed to compare academic satisfaction and the factors affecting academic deterioration among the students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and PayameNoor University of Isfahan.Methods: This study was a descriptive, comparative crosssectional research. Research population consisted of 648 students in different branches of PayameNoor Universities in Isfahan province and 350 students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Data collection tools were a questionnaire for assessing the factors affecting academic deterioration and student academic satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent ttest, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise linear regression.Results: Educational content domain had the highest rank with the mean score of 4 ±11.62 from the viewpoints of medical sciences students. Among the students of PayameNoor University, educational environment (4.41 ±0.32) and instructor (4.20 ±0.25) had the highest mean score respectively. Comparison of the two groups showed that there was a significant difference between the views of the two groups of students on the domains of educational environment (t=4.13, P>0.001) and the instructor (t=3.33, P=0.003). Comparison of the mean scores and standard deviation of academic satisfaction components showed only a significant difference between the two groups regarding satisfaction with the educational environment (t=1.88, P=0.03).Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that both universities should pay attention to the educational status of students, educational environment, instructor and educational content. In addition, attention to these factors can have a direct and indirect effect on students rsquo; academic satisfaction, thus playing an important role in the advancement of educational goals among the students of universities of medical sciences and PayameNoor Universities.
