تحلیل تاثیر نگرش، هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری ادراک شده بر رفتار مدیریت پسماند پایدار از طریق قصد مدیریت پسماند

یکجانشینی و افزایش جمعیت در صد سال اخیر، دور کردن پسماندها را از محل زندگی به یک مشکل و حتی بحران تبدیل کرده است. به همین جهت اقدامات و استراتژی‌‌های اثرگذار در مدیریت پسماند سهم بسزایی در حفظ و سلامت محیط‌‌زیست دارد. لذا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تاثیر نگرش، هنجارهای ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک شده بر رفتار مدیریت پسماند پایدار از طریق قصد مدیریت پسماند در میان کارکنان شهرداری مشهد انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان شهرداری منطقه 5 مشهد به تعداد 146 نفر می‌‌باشد. حجم نمونه پژوهش براساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌‌گیری تصادفی ساده 108 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد مونیاندی و همکاران (2021) و پرسشنامه استاندارد پژوهش آریانی و ریری (2020) است. برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید که مقادیر به دست آمده برای آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسشنامه را تایید می‌کند. همچنین، روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها به روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartpls و spss انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد نگرش بر قصد مدیریت پسماند در شهرداری مشهد تاثیر معناداری دارد. هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری ادراک شده بر قصد مدیریت پسماند در شهرداری شهر مشهد تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین قصد مدیریت پسماند بر رفتار مدیریت پسماند پایدار در شهرداری شهر مشهد تاثیر معنادار دارد. همچنین، نقش میانجی قصد مدیریت پسماند تایید گردید.

settlement and population growth in the last hundred years have turned waste removal from the place of residence into a problem and even a crisis. for this reason, effective measures and strategies in waste management have a significant contribution to the preservation and health of the environment. therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the behavior of sustainable waste management through waste management intention among the employees of mashhad municipality. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. the statistical population of the research is 146 employees of mashhad region 5 municipality. the sample size of the research was determined based on cochran’s formula and using simple random sampling method of 108 people. the data collection tool in this research is the standard questionnaire of munyandi et al. (2021) and the standard research questionnaire of ariani and riri (2020). cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to check the reliability of the questionnaire, and the values ​​obtained for cronbach’s alpha confirm the reliability of the questionnaire. also, the validity of the questionnaire was done using confirmatory factor analysis. data analysis was done by structural equation modeling method and using smartpls and spss software. the results showed that attitude has a significant effect on waste management intention in mashhad municipality. subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a significant effect on waste management intention in mashhad municipality. also, waste management intention has a significant effect on sustainable waste management behavior in mashhad city municipality. also, the mediating role of waste management intention was confirmed.
