تحلیل نگرش، دانش و رفتارهای محیط‌زیستی دبیران دوره اول متوسطه شهر زنجان

دبیران مدارس نقش مهمی در شکل‌گیری و افزایش دانش، نگرش دانش آموزان ایفا می‌کنند و همین امر باعث ایجاد رفتارهای مناسب محیط‌زیستی در دانش آموزان خواهد شد. ایفای نقش ذکر شده توسط خود دبیران، مستلزم این هست که آن‌ها دارای این مشخصه‌های ذکر شده باشند. لذا این تحقیق، با هدف شناخت وضعیت دانشی، نگرشی و نیز تحلیل رفتارهای محیط‌زیستی دبیران دوره اول مقطع متوسطه صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل همه دبیران مشغول به تدریس در دوره اول متوسطه نواحی یک و دو شهر زنجان بودند (849= n). از طریق جدول نمونه‌گیری کرجسی و مورگان 265 دبیر به‌عنوان نمونه و از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن از طریق پانلی از متخصصان تائید شد. با انجام مطالعه مقدماتی و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 0.7 برای شاخص‌های ترکیبی، پایایی آن نیز تائید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 20spss تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد سطح دانش، نگرش، رفتار محیط‌زیستی، هنجار اخلاقی و ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک‌شده و مسئولیت محیط‌زیستی اکثریت دبیران در سطح بالایی قرار دارد. در مقابل میانگین آموزش‌های محیط‌زیستی و استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی در خصوص محیط‌زیست در سطح متوسط بود. ضریب همبستگی نشان داد متغیرهای سن، تعداد اعضای خانوار، مدرک تحصیلی، تجربه تدریس، میزان استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی، دانش‌ و نگرش‌ محیط‌زیستی، هنجار اخلاقی و ذهنی، مسئولیت‌ محیط‌زیستی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک‌شده و آموزش‌های محیط‌زیستی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری با رفتارهای محیط‌زیستی داشتند. تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که سه متغیر استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی، هنجار اخلاقی و مسئولیت محیط‌زیستی، 81 درصد از واریانس رفتار محیط‌زیستی را تبیین می‌کنند.

analysis environmental attitude, knowledge and behaviors of first grade high school teachers in zanjan city

school teachers play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing students’ attitudes and knowledge, ultimately fostering appropriate environmental behaviors. to fulfill this role effectively, teachers themselves must possess certain characteristics. therefore, this study was conducted with the objective of assessing the knowledge, attitudes, and analysis of environmental behaviors among teachers. the statistical population comprised all teachers from the first secondary schools in districts 1 and 2 of zanjan, a city in west of iran (n = 849). a sample of 265 teachers was selected using the krejcie and morgan sampling table and a multi-stage random sampling method. the research instrument was a questionnaire developed by the researcher, validated by a panel of experts. a preliminary study, along with the calculation of cronbach’s alpha coefficient exceeding 0.7 for composite indices, confirmed the reliability of the questionnaire. data were analyzed using spss 20 software. the findings indicated that the majority of teachers exhibit a high level of knowledge, positive attitudes, and responsible environmental behaviors, as well as strong moral and mental norms and perceived behavioral control. however, the average scores for environmental education and the utilization of environmental information resources were found to be moderate. correlation coefficients revealed that variables such as age, number of household members, educational degree, teaching experience, use of information resources, environmental knowledge and attitudes, moral and mental norms, environmental responsibility, perceived behavioral control, and environmental education are positively and significantly related to environmental behaviors. regression analysis further demonstrated that the combined influence of information resource use, moral norms, and environmental responsibility accounts for 81% of the variance in environmental behavior.
