ارزیابی ریسک خطرات بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در کارگاه‌های آموزشی خیریه روزبه زنجان «hse در کارگاه‌‌های آموزشی»

استقرار سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در یک سازمان، ریسک‌ها را کاهش می‌دهد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر در سال1400 با هدف ارزیابی ریسک‌های بهداشتی، ایمنی و محیط‌زیستی در کارگاه‌های آموزشی (آشپزی، سبزی و صیفی، قنادی و خیاطی) موسسه خیریه روزبه زنجان انجام شده است. چک‌لیست‌ها با توجه به عامل‌های ایجاد ریسک مولفه‌های خطر تعیین و برای هر مولفه گویه‌هایی درج گردید. برای گویه‏های مذکور گزینه‏های شناسایی، احتمال و شدت اثر ریسک‏ توسط تیم کارشناسان خبره امتیازدهی شد. در مرحله‌ دوم عدد اولویت ریسک‌ها محاسبه و سطح آن‌ها با روش تجزیه و تحلیل نقاط شکست و اثرها مشخص شده است. در مولفه‌های بهداشتی، بیماری‌های ارگونومیکی دارای بالاترین امتیاز، در حالی که در ایمنی مولفه‌های مکانیکی و خفگی بالاترین سطح از ریسک‌ها بودند. در میان ریسک‌های محیط‌زیستی ریسک مدیریت خرید و مصرف در تجهیزات برقی و گازی با بیشترین مقدار امتیاز در منطقه سطح ریسک زیاد قرار گرفتند. بالاترین میانگین عدد اولویت ریسک 109.83 مربوط به مولفه‌های مکانیکی از (ایمنی) و پایین‌ترین میانگین عدد اولویت ریسک 11.83 مربوط به مولفه‌های اتلاف آب (محیط‌زیستی) بود. عدم تناسب معماری ساختمان با نوع فعالیت‌ها و قدمت ساختمان کارگاه‌های آموزشی سبب بالا بودن ریسک‌های مربوط به ایمنی درکارگاه‌های مورد مطالعه است. در زمینه ریسک‌های بهداشتی و محیط‌زیستی نیز اقدام‌های کنترلی و اصلاحی می‌توانند در ارتقای عملکرد کارگاه‌ها و هدف‌های اصلی این موسسه خیریه نقش داشته باشد.

assessing health, safety and environmental risks in the training units of roozbeh charity in zanjan “hse in training units”

hse management system is a tool for monitoring and controlling health, safety, and workplace environment. this study was conducted in 2021 to assess the health, safety, and environmental risks of the training units of roozbeh charity (cooking, vegetables, confectionery and sewing) in zanjan. checklists for health, safety, and environmental hazards were used for data collection. the components were identified based on risk factors, and relevant items for each component were included. in each instance, an expert team scored the options for assessing the probability and severity of the risk effect. subsequently, the priority numbers for the risks were calculated in the next step, and their levels were determined. in the examination of health components, the incidence of ergonomic diseases posed the highest risk. for safety risks, mechanical components and suffocation exhibited very high levels of risk. the highest average risk priority number was 109.83, associated with mechanical components of safety risks, while the lowest average priority number, 11.83, was linked to water loss components in environmental risks. the incompatibility of building architecture with the type of activities and the age of the buildings for training workshops caused high risks in terms of safety. in the field of health and environmental risks, control and corrective measures can play role in improving the performance of the training units of roozbeh charity and the main goals of this charity.
