شناسایی و تحلیل زمینه‌های توسعه ‌فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در بین تشکل‌های محیط‌زیستی استان ایلام

این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی زمینه‌های توسعه ‌فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در بین تشکل‌های محیط‌زیستی استان ایلام و در چارچوب کلی تحقیقات پیمایشی به انجام رسیده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، اعضای تشکل‌های محیط‌زیستی به تعداد 20000 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 376 نفر از آنان به روش نمونه‌‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای متناسب و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور تشخیص پایایی پرسش‌نامه ‌از روش آلفای کرونباخ و برای تامین روایی محتوایی آن از پنل متخصصان موضوعی استفاده شد (0.93=α). تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری 22spssv انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که عامل‌های زیرساختی، اقتصادی، آموزشی، فنی- مشاوره‌ای و پشتیبانی- حمایتی، عمده‌‌ترین زمینه‌های توسعه ‌فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در نمونه هدف بودند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نیز نشان داد که عامل‌های زیرساختی، حمایتی- پشتیبانی و فنی- مشاوره‌ای به‌ترتیب در گام‌‌های اول تا سوم وارد معادله رگرسیون شدند و بیشترین تاثیر را در تبیین واریانس متغیر وابسته «توسعه ‌فن‌آوری» داشتند.

identifying and analyzing the context for information and communication technology (ict) development among environmental organizations in ilam province

this research was out with the aim of analyzing the context for ict development among environmental organizations in ilam province. the statistical population of this research was 20,000 individuals as members of environmental organizations, of whom 376 individuals were selected using cochran’s formula and studied through proportional stratified random sampling and questionnaire. the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using cronbach’s alpha and to ensure its content validity, the panel of subject experts was used (α= 0.93). data analysis was implemented using spssv22 statistical software. the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that infrastructural, economic, educational, technical-advisory and supportive factors were the main fields of ict technology development in the target sample. the results of the regression analysis also showed that infrastructural, supportive and technical-advisory factors entered the regression equation in the first to third steps, respectively, and had the greatest effect in explaining the variance of the dependent variable &technology development&.
