ارزیابی تحلیلی مشکلات تالاب بین‌‌المللی امیر‌‌کلایه به روش توصیفی و درخت مشکلات

تالاب‌‌ها از جمله مهم‌‌ترین بوم سازگان هایی هستند که به دلیل تنوع‌زیستی منحصر به فرد و اهمیت‌‌های چند جانبه از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخودارند. در چند دهه اخیر تالاب‌‌ها با مشکلات عدیده‌‌ای مواجه شده‌‌اند. در این مقاله مشکلات تالاب امیرکلایه بر اساس نتایج حاصل از طرح مشارکتی تدوین برنامه مدیریت جامع زیست بومی تالاب امیرکلایه با تفکیک در سه حوزه اساسی تنوع زیستی، آب و خاک و اقتصادی- اجتماعی بررسی و مولفه‌‌های هر یک از این بخش‌‌ها به روش توصیفی و تکنیک درخت مشکلات تشریح گردید. نتایج حاصل از ترسیم درخت مشکلات در کارگروه‌‌های تشکیل شده نشان داد که در حوزه تنوع زیستی، عواملی مانند شکار و صید غیر مجاز، ورود گونه‌های مهاجم و غیربومی، بیماری‌های حیات وحش و رشد و تجزیه زیاد گیاهان تالابی از مسایل این تالاب است. همچنین، در حوزه منابع آب و خاک، ورود فاضلاب کشاورزی، برداشت آب و عدم لایروبی زهکش‌‌ها جز مشکلات است و در نهایت در حوزه اقتصادی-اجتماعی معضلاتی مانند تغییرکاربری اراضی، عدم آگاهی و آموزش مدیران و جوامع محلی از کارکردهای تالاب، عدم تعامل و مشارکت سازمان‌‌های ذی‌نفع و فقر معیشتی جامعه محلی از مهمترین مسایل تالاب امیرکلایه است. مجموع مشکلات فوق موجب بروز پیامدهایی جبران ناپذیر بر محیط‌زیست تالاب و از دست رفتن کارکردهای بالقوه زیستی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی آن گردیده است. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که در صورت عدم اجرای برنامه مدیریت جامع زیست بومی تالاب امیرکلایه نمی‌‌توان از بروز پیامدهای جبران‌ناپذیری مانند تخریب روزافزون این زیستگاه تالابی و از بین رفتن ارزش‌‌ها و کارکردهای آن جلوگیری نمود.

wetlands are among the most important ecosystems in the world with special value due to their unique biodiversity and multifaceted features. in recent decades, wetlands have faced many problems due to the lack of integrated management of water resources in their catchment basin and human activities and mismanagement. in this paper, the problems of amirkelayeh wetland based on the results of implementation of a participatory plan for integrated ecosystem management are divided into three main aspects including biodiversity, water-soil and socio-economic issues which are described by tree analysis technique and descriptive method. the most important biodiversity problems consisted of illegal hunting and fishing, introduction of invasive and non-native species, wildlife diseases, increased growth and decomposition of wetland plants. the water-soil problems consisted of release of agricultural wastewater (fertilizers and pesticides), water withdrawal, and clogged drains. finally, in terms of the socio-economic issues, land-use changes, lack of awareness and training of managers and local communities about the functions of the wetland, lack of interaction among stakeholders and organizations, livelihood, and economic problems in the local community were the most important problems of amirkelayeh wetland. these problems have caused irreparable damages to the wetland’s environment and the loss of its potential biological, economic and social functions. these results showed that implementation of an integrated management plan can prevent irreparable and progressive destruction, and protect the values and function of amirkelayeh wetland.
