حسابداری رشد ارزش افزوده در صنایع تولیدی ایران با تاکید بر فناوری اطلاعات

هدف اصلی این تحقیق، برآورد سهم سرمایه ی فیزیکی، سرمایه ی فاوا، نیروی کار و سهم بهره وری کل از رشد ارزش افزوده ی صنایع کارخانه ای ایران است. بدین منظور از نتایج آمارگیری کارگاه های صنعتی بالای ده نفر کارکن در سطح کد های دو رقمی isic مرکز آمار ایران در دوره­ی زمانی (1386-1379) و روش حسابداری رشد استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد سهم سرمایه ی فیزیکی 36 درصد، سهم نیروی کار 34 درصد، فناوری 3 درصد و سهم بهره وری کل 27 درصد از رشد است. بنابراین سرمایه ی‌ فیزیکی و نیروی کار غیرماهر  نقش غالب در رشد داشته و سهم فناوری اندک است. همچنین، مجموع کشش های به دست آمده کمتر از واحد است، در نتیجه در صنعت کارخانه ای ایران بازده نسبت به مقیاس کاهنده وجود دارد.

Accounting the Growth of in Iran Manufacturing Sector by Emphasizing on ICT

Abstract The measurement of contribution of physical capital, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) capital, labor and total factor productivity growth to economic growth has been an important issue in economics for a long time. The aim of this paper is to estimate the contribution of physical capital, ICT capital, labor and total factor productivity growth of manufacturing value added in Iranian manufacturing industries. For this purpose, we used the date of ISIC 2digit codes during 20002007 using growth accounting analysis method. findings shows that the contribution of physical capital in growth is %36, the labor %34, information technology %3 and total productivity %27. So, physical capital and unskilled labor have dominant role in the growth but low in information technology. Also, manufacturing industries has a decreasing return to scale in Iran.
