آثار فراگیری مالی بر رشد و ثبات اقتصادی در استان‌های ایران

در دهه های اخیر مسئله تقویت فراگیری مالی عموم مردم در دسترسی به خدمات مالی به یکی از اولویت های سیاستگذاران و مدیران ارشد تبدیل شده است. دلیل اهمیت این موضوع آن است که تقویت فراگیری مالی زمینه دسترسی تمامی گروه های درآمدی (شامل فقرا) به خدمات تامین مالی را فراهم می کند و این در میان مدت و بلندمدت می تواند زمینه تقویت رشد اقتصادی کشورها و افزایش رفاه اقتصادی عموم مردم را فراهم کند. لذا در این مطالعه به بررسی آثار فراگیری مالی بر رشد و ثبات اقتصادی در 30 استان کشور در دوره زمانی 1401-1385 با استفاده از روش خودرگرسیون برداری با وقفه های توزیعی، حداقل مربعات معمولی کاملاً اصلاح شده و تصحیح خطای برداری پرداخته شده است.نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل رشد و ثبات اقتصادی نشان میدهد، فراگیری مالی در بلندمدت باعث افزایش ثبات اقتصادی و رشد اقتصادی شده است. می توان استدلال کرد که فراگیری مالی هم از کانال عرضه و هم از کانال تقاضا باعث افزایش رشد و ثبات اقتصادی و توسعه سرمایه گذاری ها شده اند. این اثرگذاری می تواند از طریق ارائه خدمات مالی مطلوب، بهبود و ارتقای سیستم مالی حاصل شود.

the effects of financial inclusion on economic growth and stability in the provinces of iran

in recent decades, the issue of strengthening the financial inclusion of the public in accessing financial services has become one of the priorities of policy makers and senior managers. the reason for the importance of this issue is that the strengthening of financial inclusion provides access tofinancing services for all income groups (including the poor), and this can strengthen the economic growth of countries and increase economic prosperity in the medium and long term. therefore, in this study, the effects of financial inclusion on economic growth and stability in 30 provinces of the country during the period of 2006-2021 have been investigated using the vector autoregression method with distribution breaks, fully modified ordinary least squares and vector error correction.the results of the estimation of economic growth and stability model show that financial inclusion has increased economic stability and economic growth in the long term. it can argue that financial inclusion from both supply and demand channels has increased economic stability, growth, and development of investments. this impact can come from providingfavorable financial services, improving and upgrading the financial system.
