رده بندی هواپیماهای جت آموزشی پیشرفته با استفاده از روش های تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و تاکسونومی

آموزش دانشجویان خلبانی نظامی در سه مرحله مقدماتی، پایه و پیشرفته انجام می شود و پس از آن وارد مراحل بعدی یعنی ورود به جنگنده، جنگنده پیشرفته و اسکادران آموزشی می گردند. در کشورمان به دلیل عدم وجود هواپیمای جت آموزشی پیشرفته، دانشجو پس از طی دوره پایه بلافاصله وارد مرحله چهارم (ورود به جنگنده) می شود. هزینه یک ساعت آموزش با هواپیمای مرحله چهارم حدود 5 تا 10 برابر یک ساعت آموزش با هواپیمای مرحله سوم (جت آموزشی پیشرفته) است که علاوه بر افزایش بار مالی، کیفیت آموزشی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. بنابراین قراردادن این نوع هواپیما در مراحل آموزشی ضروری است. در این تحقیق ویژگی های مهمی که یک جت آموزشی پیشرفته باید داشته باشد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای تعیین ویژگی ها شاخص های کیفی چند ارزشی اثرگذار در انتخاب هواپیمای جت آموزشی مطرح شده اند که در قالب معیارهای شش گانه پایه، عملکردی، ایمنی، سامانه ها، تجهیزات کمک ناوبری و تعمیر و نگهداری دسته بندی شدند و در مجموع 30 معیار و زیر معیار استخراج گردید. در این مقاله، علاوه بر تعیین معیارهای انتخاب هواپیمای جت آموزشی پیشرفته، از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و تاکسونومی جهت رتبه بندی هواپیماهای جت آموزشی پیشرفته جهان استفاده شده و نتایج مقایسه گردیدند. همچنین مزایا و معایب این دو روش در این موضوع خاص بیان شده است.

Classification of Advanced Training Jet Airplane by Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Taxonomy Method

Training the cadets of military aviation is carried out at three levels of primary, basic and advanced which is followed by advanced fighter and training squadron. Due to the lack of advanced training jet in our country, the cadets directly enter the fourth stage (entrance to fighter) in which a onehour training costs 5 to 10 times more than the advanced training jet (in the third stage), affecting the training quality and increasing the financial burden. As a result, this makes it quite clear that involving and using this kind of aircraft are of paramount importance. In this study, the crucial features and criteria that an advanced training jet needs to possess were investigated. To determine the aforementioned features, a set of multivalued indicators in terms of their efficiency, safety, maintenance and logistics were considered. These indicators were categorized as six distinct groups of base, efficiency, safety, systems, navigational equipment, and maintenance and ultimately thirty criteria and subcriteria have been extracted. In this article, in addition to specifying the standards for choosing the advanced training jet, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as well as Taxonomy has been utilized for ranking the world's advanced training jets. Furthermore, the merits and drawbacks of these two procedures have been stated.
