مطالعه مدل فعلی بررسی سوانح هوایی نظامی و ارائه مدلی نو با استفاده از روش‌های جدید ارائه شده جهت بررسی سوانح

کشف علت بروز سانحه هوایی، بخش عمده ای از صنعت هوانوردی است که در طول تاریخ صنعت هوانوردی به عنوان موتور محرک تحقیق و توسعه عمل کرده و مرجعی برای برطرف نمودن ایرادات طراحی و ساخت می باشد. در این تحقیق، با توجه به لزوم ارتقاء و به روز رسانی مدل بررسی سوانح هوایی نظامی، در ابتدا مدل فعلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و نقاط ضعف آن مشخص شده است. سپس، 12 روش کارآمد ارائه شده جهت بررسی سوانح معرفی شده است. در ادامه، با توجه به این که جهت بررسی سوانح هوایی نظامی مدل یکسانی وجود ندارد و تابع قوانین، مقررات و پیمان های نظامی مشترک است، با در نظر گرفتن ویژگی های روش های کارآمد معرفی شده، مدل نوینی جهت این کار ارائه شده است. در این مدل نوین، ضمن برطرف نمودن نواقص و اشکالات مدل فعلی بررسی سوانح هوایی نظامی که شامل کشف عامل بروز سانحه است، بر روی بررسی و کشف چیستی و چرایی بروز سانحه تمرکز شده و از این طریق و با ریشه یابی واقعی علت بروز سانحه، می توان از بروز سوانح مشابه در آینده، پیشگیری به عمل آورد.

Investigation of Current Military Aircraft Accidents Investigation Model and Presenting a New Model, Considering the Newly Suggested Accidents Investigation Methods

Discovering the cause of the aircraft accident is the major part of the aviation industry which has been act as the driving force of the research and development and is a reference to design manufacturing deficiencies. In this research, considering the necessity of upgrading and updating the military aircraft accidents investigation model, the current model has been studied and its shortcomings are addressed. Afterwards, 12 efficient methods which were presented to investigate the accidents are introduced. It should be noted that there is no universal model to investigate the military aircraft accidents and it is based on the countries laws, regulations and joint military pacts. Therefore, considering the characteristics of the introduced efficient methods, a new model has been presented. In this new model, while eliminating defects and bugs of the current military aircraft accidents investigation model which only includes the accident cause discovery, investigations are focused on exploring and discovering how and why an accident occurs. Therefore, by finding the real root cause of the accident, similar accidents would be prevented in the future.
