مطالعه تطبیقی آموزش خلبانی دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوایی شهید ستاری با آموزش خلبانی سایر دانشگاهای مختلف جهان

آموزش خلبانی در دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوایی از سه مرحله توسعه، مرحله «ایجاد و سازمان‌دهی» و «رشد و گسترش کمی» را پشست سرگذاشته و در مرحله «تاکید بر کیفیت» می باشد، از این رو این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی آموزش خلبانی دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوایی شهید ستاری با آموزش خلبانی سایر دانشگاه های خلبانی نظامی و غیر نظامی انجام شده است. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. داده‌های لازم با استفاده از مطالعه کتاب‌خانه‌ای جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از الگوی مطالعه تطبیقی بردی (breddy) و به روش کیفی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل موسسات آموزش عالی خلبانی aot آمریکا، ماکسول آمریکا، دانشگاه آریزونا، دانشگاه جنگ پاکستان و دانشگاه جنگ اسرائیل، دانشگاه جامع علمی و کاربردی می باشد که با روش هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در دروس آلات دقیق پرواز، آئرودینامیک، موتور و سیستم‌های هواپیما، فیزیولوژی، ناوبری و هواشناسی ازنظر برنامه‌ریزی ساعت درسی تفاوت معناداری بین نمونه‌های انتخاب‌شده مشاهده نگردید. دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری در دروس جنگ‌افزار و علوم نظامی، جنگ الکترونیک نسبت به سایر مراکز موردمطالعه، از برنامه‌ریزی قوی‌تری برخوردار است. در دانشگاه پاکستان در حوزه دروس جنگ و علوم نظامی فعالیت بیشتری بالاخص در دوره‌های موشک‌های بالستیک مشاهده شد. دروس پایه و قوانین هوانوردی در مراکز آموزشی آریزونا به نسبت سایر موسسات مورد مطالعه از برنامه‌ریزی قوی‌تری برخوردار است.

The study of the degree of matching of pilot training provided by the University of Science and Technology, Shahid SATTARI with military and non - military systems on the different universities of the world

This research was conducted with the aim of comparative comparisons of pilot training at Shahid Sattari Air University (from the point of view of the source of the planned courses, the planned time of each lesson and the order and sequence of each lesson presentation) with selected international, regional and national universities.This research is a applied research in terms of the purpose and is descriptiveanalytical regarding method. Data were collected by library method and analyzed using Breddy’s comparative study model and qualitative method. The statistical population of the study consisted of American AOT pilot training institutes, Maxwell American University, Arizona University, Pakistan War University, and Israeli War University and Applied Scientific University. The method of selecting the statistical population is Purposeful sampling. Research findings indicate that there was no significant difference between the samples in the exact courses of flight, aerodynamics, engine and aircraft systems, physiology, navigation, and meteorology in terms of curriculum planning. Shahid Sattari Air Force University has a better program in the fields of warfare, military science and electronic warfare than other other universities studied.In the University of Pakistan, more specifically in the field of war and military science, especially in ballistic missile program, more action were observed.Basic courses and aviation laws in Arizona’s educational centers were seen more powerful than other selected institutes.
