تاثیر مهارت های مدیریتی برعملکرد مدیران تربیت بدنی فرماندهی انتظامی استان تهران

زمینه و هدف: امروزه مساله مدیریت در تمام سازمانها از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار گردیده است. مدیریت ورزش نیز به همان ترتیب دارای اهمیت است. بنابراین این تحقیق برآن است تا تاثیر مهارت های مدیریتی برعملکرد مدیران تربیت بدنی فرماندهی انتظامی استان تهران را مورد بررسی قراردهد.روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. دراین پژوهش کلیه مدیران تربیت بدنی فراجا در استان تهران، روسای ادارات تربیت بدنی در اداره کل تربیت بدنی فراجا، سایر افراد مطلع و دارای سابقه مدیریتی در فراجا در استان تهران (به تعداد 96 نفر) شرکت داشتند. به علت کم بودن حجم جامعه با استفاده از روش تمام شمار کلیه افراد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در تحقیق نیز پرسشنامه ارزیابی مهارت های سه گانه مدیران گودرزی (1391)، پرسشنامه ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریتی حسینی و خادملو (1391) بود که روایی آنها به تایید کارشناسان رسیده بود و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و برای پرسشنامه مهارت های سه گانه مدیران 0.86 = αو برای پرسشنامه ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریتی 0.87=  α به دست آمد.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین مهارتهای سه گانه مدیران و عملکرد مدیران رابطه معناداری وجوددارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، مهارتهای مدیران می توانند پیش بینی کننده عملکرد مدیران باشند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تحقیق، مشخص شد که مهارت‌های سه‌گانه مدیران تربیت بدنی فرماندهی انتظامی در استان تهران به طور معناداری با عملکرد آنها در ارتباط است، که نشان از اهمیت و تاثیرگذاری این مهارت‌ها بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران می‌باشد. همچنین، این نتایج نشان دهنده قابلیت پیش‌بینی عملکرد مدیران توسط مهارت‌های مدیریتی آنان است، که می‌تواند در بهبود و تعالی سازمان‌ها و نظام‌های فرماندهی انتظامی تاثیرگذار باشد

the effect of management skills on the performance of physical training managers of tehran police command

background and aim: nowadays, the issue of management has gained special importance in all organizations. sports management is equally important. therefore, this research aims to investigate the effect of management skills on the performance of physical education managers of the police command of tehran province.method: the present descriptive research has used a correlation methodology. in this research, all managers of faraja physical training in tehran province, the heads of physical training departments in the general administration of faraja physical training, other knowledgeable people with management experience in faraja in tehran province (96 people) participated. due to the small size of the population, all people were selected as samples using the whole number method. the tools used in the research were goudarzi managers’ triple skills evaluation questionnaire (2013), hosseini and khademlou’s managerial performance evaluation questionnaire (2013), the validity of which was approved by experts, and their reliability was evaluated using cronbach’s alpha test. α = 0.86 for managers’ triple skills questionnaire and α = 0.87 for managerial performance evaluation questionnaire.results: the results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between the three skills of managers and the performance of managers. also, the results showed that managers’ skills can predict managers’ performance.conclusion: according to the results of the research, it was found that the three skills of physical training managers of police command in tehran province are significantly related to their performance, which shows the importance and influence of these skills on improving the performance of managers. also, these results show the ability to predict the performance of managers by their management skills, which can be effective in the improvement and excellence of organizations and police command systems.
