شناسایی و سنجش مولفه‌های صفت شخصیتی مسئولیت‌پذیری در دانشجویان افسری و تربیت پلیس امام حسن مجتبی (ع)

زمینه و هدف: مسئولیت‌پذیری به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های مهم و اثربخش در ماموریت‌های سازمانی دانشجویان افسری فراجا به حساب می‌آید که می‌تواند در پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی موثر باشد؛ لذا تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور شناسایی و سنجش مولفه‌های صفت شخصیتی مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری و تربیت پلیس امام حسن مجتبی (ع) انجام شد.روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی و از نظر نوع داده یک تحقیق کیفی کمّی است. جامعۀ پژوهش در بخش کیفی، خبرگان و متخصصان روان‌شناسی در حوزۀ پلیس و در بخش کمّی، دانشجویان مصوب دانشگاه تربیت افسری بود که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از جامعۀ اول (خبرگان)، 12 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند و از جامعۀ دوم (دانشجویان)، 247 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تدوین ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، ابتدا شاخص‌های صفات شخصیتی مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان پلیس شناسایی و بر اساس شاخص‌ها، آزمون شخصیتی دانشجویان از طریق گروه کانونی تدوین شد. سپس روایی آزمون از طریق متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (0.97) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق گروه کانونی و تایید خبرگان، مولفه‌ها شناسایی شد و در بخش کمّی از آزمون‌های تحلیل عاملی به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار lisrel استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت مولفه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری شامل اطاعت‌پذیری، نظم و ترتیب، وظیفه‌شناسی، تعهد و تکلیف گرایی، تلاش برای موفقیت و تصمیم‌گیری واقع‌بینانه است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان علاوه بر سنجش سازه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری نسبت به ارتقا و توانمندسازی آن برنامه‌ریزی نمود. همچنین می‌توان ادعا کرد که مدل استخراج‌شده از سازه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری دارای بیشترین هماهنگی با ماموریت‌ها و اهداف موجود سازمان فراجا می‌باشد و درنتیجه، بهترین مدل برای بررسی‌های سازمانی را فراهم می‌آورد.

identifying and measuring the components of the personality trait of responsibility in students of imam hassan mojtabi police officers university

background and aim: accountability is considered as one of the important and effective components in the organizational missions of faraja officer students, which can be effective in advancing organizational goals; therefore, the present research was carried out in order to identify and measure the personality trait components of responsibility among the students of imam hassan mojtabi police officers university.method: the current research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in nature, and qualitative-quantitative in terms of data type. the research community in the qualitative part was the experts and specialists of psychology in the police field and in the quantitative part, the approved students of tarbiat asari university who were studying in the academic year of 2019-2019. from the first community (experts), 12 people were selected purposefully and from the second community (students), 247 people were randomly selected as a sample. in order to develop the data collection tool, first the indicators of personality traits of police students’ responsibility were identified and based on the indicators, the students’ personality test was developed through the focus group. then the validity of the test was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha test (0.97). to analyze the data in the qualitative part through the focus group and expert confirmation, the components were identified and in the quantitative part, factor analysis tests were used by lisrel software.results: based on the findings, it can be said that the components of responsibility include obedience, order and order, conscientiousness, commitment and task orientation, striving for success and realistic decision making.conclusion: according to the obtained results, in addition to measuring the accountability structures, it is possible to plan for its promotion and empowerment. it can also be claimed that the model extracted from the accountability structures has the most coordination with the existing missions and goals of faraja organization and as a result, it provides the best model for organizational reviews.
