بررسی و تبیین مقوله‌های علم‌آموزی سرمایۀ انسانی از منظر قرآن (با تکیه بر کلمۀ العلم)

زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات اخیر نشان داده که آموزش نیروی کار برای به دست آوردن بهره‌وری سازمان قابل‌توجه است. از طرفی در اسلام انسان باارزش‌ترین سرمایۀ یک جامعه، موجود شایسته و بهترین مخلوق دانسته شده است؛ ازاین‌رو این پژوهش در پی آن است که علم‌آموزی سرمایۀ انسانی از نظر قرآن چیست.روش: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، آیات 60 سورۀ قرآن می‌باشد که کلمات «علم» و «تعلیم» به‌صورت تفسیر موضوعی و با استفاده از روش کلیدواژه‌ای و کلمه‌ای، در نرم‌افزار جامعه‌التفاسیر نور جمع‌آوری شد و آیات به‌دست‌آمده با رویکرد کاربردی با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی در سه مرحله کدگذاری و تحلیل شد. آیات هر یک از مقوله‌ها استخراج و در قالب زیرمقوله‌ها قرار گرفت. از تحلیل محتوای کمّی نیز برای به دست آمدن فراوانی استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که آموزش سرمایۀ انسانی از منظر قرآن دارای 14 مقوله و 28 زیر مقوله می‌باشد؛ این نتایج حاصل بررسی قرآن و استخراج 255 مورد از آیات به‌عنوان فیش‌های پژوهش بوده که از 60 سوره به‌دست‌آمده است.نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش سرمایۀ انسانی به‌صورت تاسیسی از منظر قرآن، بیانگر ویژگی‌های یادگیری و آموختنی انسان می‌باشد، که سبب عمق‌بخشی به معنویات، مهارت‌آموزی، تحول‌آفرینی و افزایش بهره‌وری در سازمان می‌شود.

examining and explaining the scientific categories of human capital from the perspective of the qur’an (relying on the word of al-elm)

background and aim: recent researches have shown that workforce training is significant for achieving organizational productivity. on the other hand, in islam, man is considered to be the most valuable capital of a society, a worthy being and the best creature; therefore, this research seeks to find out what the study of human capital is according to the qur’an.method: the statistical population of this research is the verses of the 60th chapter of the qur’an, the words &science& and &teaching& were collected in the software of jamiat al-tafaseer noor in the form of thematic interpretation and using the keyword and word method, and the verses obtained with a practical approach by applying the content analysis method. qualitative induction was coded and analyzed in three stages. the verses of each category were extracted and placed in the form of subcategories. quantitative content analysis has also been used to obtain abundance.results: the research findings show that human capital education has 14 categories and 28 subcategories from the perspective of the qur’an; these results are the result of examining the qur’an and extracting ‌255 verses from 60 surahs as research sheets.conclusion: institutional training of human capital from the perspective of the qur’an expresses the characteristics of human learning and learning, which causes deepening of spirituality, skill training, transformation and increase in productivity in the organization.
