تاثیر دوربین ‌های البسه بر کار عاطفی و فرسودگی شغلی افسران پلیس؛ تبیین نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده

زمینه و هدف: دنیای امروز شاهد پیشرفت ‌های روزافزون دانش و فناوری در زمینه‌های مختلف است. دوربین البسه پلیس یکی از این فناوری‌ها است که پلیس ایران نیز به آن مجهز شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر دوربین‌های البسه بر کار عاطفی و فرسودگی شغلی افسران پلیس و تبیین نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را افسران پلیس گشت فرماندهی انتظامی شهرستان همدان تشکیل دادند و از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، نمونۀ 124 نفری از آن‌ها مورد پرسش قرار گرفت. داده‌ها به کمک پرسش نامۀ استاندارد بومی‌سازی شده روا (بار عاملی بالاتر از 0.3) و پایا (آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 0.7) گردآوری و با کمک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار pls تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: پژوهش نشان داد که تاثیر مستقیم دوربین‌های البسه بر کار عاطفی و فرسودگی شغلی افسران پلیس مثبت و معنادار است و بر حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده افسران پلیس منفی و معنادار می‌باشد. همچنین تاثیر غیرمستقیم دوربین‌های البسه بر کار عاطفی افسران پلیس با نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده تایید شد؛ اما تاثیر غیرمستقیم مثبت دوربین‌های البسه بر فرسودگی شغلی افسران پلیس با نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده تایید شد.نتیجه گیری: استفاده از دوربین‌های البسه موجب افزایش کار عاطفی افسران پلیس می‌شود، حمایت سازمانی درک شده را کاهش می‌دهد و موجب افزایش فرسودگی شغلی آن‌ها می‌شود؛ بنابراین، مدیریت اثرات استفاده از این دوربین‌ها بر افسران پلیس نیازمند توجه جدی است.

the impact of body cameras on emotional labor and occupational burnout of police officers: explaining the mediating role of perceived organizational support

background and aim: today’s world witnesses significant advancements in various fields of knowledge and technology. police body cameras are one such technology equipped by the iranian police. this research aimed to investigate the impact of body cameras on emotional labor and occupational burnout of police officers and to elucidate the mediating role of perceived organizational support.method: this research is applied in terms of objective and survey-based in terms of data collection method. the statistical population of the study consisted of police officers of the law enforcement command in hamadan province, and a sample of 124 officers was selected using simple random sampling method. data were collected using a standardized and validated questionnaire (with a factor loading greater than 0.70 and cronbach’s alpha higher than 0.70) and analyzed using structural equation modeling in pls software.results: the research revealed that the direct impact of body cameras on emotional labor and occupational burnout of police officers is positive and significant, while the impact on perceived organizational support of police officers is negative and significant. additionally, the indirect effect of body cameras on emotional labor of police officers with the mediating role of perceived organizational support was confirmed; however, the indirect positive effect of body cameras on occupational burnout of police officers with the mediating role of perceived organizational support was also confirmed.conclusion: the use of body cameras leads to an increase in emotional labor of police officers, decreases perceived organizational support, and increases their occupational burnout; therefore, managing the effects of using these cameras on police officers requires serious attention.
