تاثیر اعتماد اجتماعی مردم به ماموران پلیس در تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی

زمینه و هدف: پلیس راهور برای انجام رسالت خطیر خود که همانا تامین نظم و انضباط ترافیکی با اجرای قوانین و مقررات رانندگی است، نیاز به همراهی مردم دارد. یکی از عواملی که باعث همراهی مردم در تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی می‌شود، در اعتماد اجتماعی به پلیس نهفته است؛ از این رو هدف از این پژوهش «بررسی تاثیر اعتماد اجتماعی مردم به ماموران پلیس در تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی در شهر تهران است.روش: این مطالعه، توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شهروندان جنوب شهر تهران بزرگ در سال 1401 بودند که تعداد 384  نفر از آن ها با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسش نامۀ طراحی‌شده در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از طریق معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی به کمک نرم‌افزار smart pls 2 تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد، مولفه‌های اعتماد اجتماعی پلیس شامل، مقبولیت پلیس، توانمندی و کارایی پلیس، رضایت‌مندی، منزلت اجتماعی پلیس، خوش‌رویی و برخورد مناسب و محبوبیت پلیس در تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی تاثیر معنی‌داری دارند و در این بین بعد مقبولیت با ضریب تاثیر بتا (0.483)، توانمندی و کارایی (0.215) و منزلت اجتماعی پلیس (0.137) به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از مولفه‌های اعتماد اجتماعی مردم به ماموران پلیس می‌توان 73 درصد از متغیر وابسته تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی را پیش‌بینی کرد. از این رو پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی می‌تواند با تقویت مولفه‌های اعتماد اجتماعی مردم به پلیس، تبعیت از قوانین ترافیکی را افزایش دهد.

the effect of people’s social trust in police officers on obeying traffic laws

background and aim: traffic police need people’s support to fulfill their important mission, which is to enforce traffic rules and regulations. one of the factors that make people follow traffic rules lies in social trust in the police. one of the aims of this research is to investigate the social trust of the people towards the police officers in obeying the traffic rules in the city of tehran.method: this study is a descriptive-analytical survey. the statistical population of the research was in the south of greater tehran in 2022, of which 384 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster sampling method and the designed questionnaire was provided to them. the obtained information was analyzed through structural equations and least square methods using smart pls 2 software.result: the findings showed that the components of social trust in the police, including the police’s trustworthiness, the police’s ability and efficiency, satisfaction, the dignity of the police, the social police’s dignity, good manners and appropriate treatment, and the police’s popularity in following traffic laws have a significant effect, and in the meantime, after acceptance, with an effect have a negative beta (0.483), ability and efficiency (0.215) and social dignity of the police (0.137) respectively have the greatest impact on following traffic rules.conclusion: the results showed that by using the components of social trust in police officers, it is possible to predict 73% of people who depend on traffic laws. therefore, the traffic police can increase the compliance with traffic laws by strengthening the social trust components of the people towards the police.
