عوامل موثر بر امنیّت پایدار در رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف: برقراری امنیّت پایدار در رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی یکی از چالش مهم متولیان برگزاری آن در کشور است. بنابراین پژوهش حاظر، به‌ دنبال شناسایی عوامل موثر بر امنیّت پایدار در رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی در ایران است.روش: این پژوهش، کاربردی و از نوع اکتشافی با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی - کمّی) است. در بخش کیفی از نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد (استراوس و کوربین 1990) و مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان که با نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند و از روایی صوری و پایایی (بازآزمون) استفاده گردید. در بخش کمّی پژوهش، تعداد 250 نفر مشارکت کردند که با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته که روایی و پایایی (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 89%) آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت جمع‌آوری و با آزمون، رگرسیون چند متغیره تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: بر مبنای یافته‌ها، عوامل علّی شامل مدیریت صحیح، اقدامات انتظامی و امنیّتی، ارتباطات بین سازمانی؛ عوامل زمینه‌ای شامل مدیریت هیجانات هواداران، حمایت‌های روحی و روانی؛ عوامل مداخله‌گر شامل اجرای قوانین و مقررات، نظارت بر رسانه‌ها و فضای مجازی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های ورزشی؛ راهبردها شامل ارتقای فرهنگ، همگرایی اجتماعی، آموزش‌های صحیح، دیپلماسی ورزشی، بهبود زیرساخت رفاهی و ورزشی، سرمایه‌گذاری و کمک مالی، فناوری و اطلاعاتی و پیامدها شامل پیامدهای ورزشی، امنیّتی و فرهنگی بودند.نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود متولیان ورزش کشور با ایجاد وحدت و همدلی به‌وسیلۀ تغییر نگرش در جامعه ورزش کشور و با مدیریتی هماهنگ با محوریت نیروهای تامین‌کننده امنیّت، عزمی سازنده و وحدت‌بخش را جهت ایجاد امنیّت پایدار پایه‌گذاری کنند.

factors affecting sustainable security in major sports events of the islamic republic of iran

background and aim: establishing stable security in major sports events is one of the important challenges of those in charge of organizing them in the country. therefore, the current research seeks to identify factors affecting sustainable security in major sports events in iran.method: this research is practical and exploratory with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). in the qualitative part of the data base theory (strauss and corbin 1990) and semi-structured interview with 20 experts who were selected by non-random sampling and face validity and reliability (retest) were used. in the quantitative part of the research, 250 people participated and were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability (cronbach’s alpha coefficient 89%) were confirmed and analyzed by multivariate regression test.findings: based on the findings, causal factors include proper management, disciplinary and security measures, inter-organizational communication; background factors include management of fans’ emotions, emotional and psychological support; intervening factors include the implementation of laws and regulations, monitoring of media and virtual space, and sports policies; the strategies included the promotion of culture, social integration, correct education, sports diplomacy, improving welfare and sports infrastructure, investment and financial assistance, technology and information, and the consequences included sports, security and cultural consequences.conclusion: it is suggested that the country’s sports custodians establish a constructive and unifying determination to create sustainable security by creating unity and empathy by changing the attitude in the country’s sports community and with a coordinated management centered on security forces.
